Albert Posted September 24, 2016 Share Posted September 24, 2016 I'm usually not one to suggest sacking a manager as an appropriate course of action, but this season has been utter garbage. He's taken a good side, destroyed it, and it's showing now. We've ship off our best striker in years, we've abandoned any semblance of what we'd call "the Derby way" and we're out of the promotion race in September, and now looking at a relegation scrap. Sack peason, wassell in as he has been with us ages, build his experience and make him a great manager. Get rid of all the expensive underperformers and use the academy we hear so much about it being amazing, time to prove it. Time to go back to the clough days mentality.
