Leicester Ram
Great news, fingers crossed the FL do something similar. Got a feeling they'll set it at £25.
angieram
I think we've already paid more than £30 for away tickets six times this season - shocking really. Would be great if this is changed. I bet Man Utd voted against it. Surprisingly Arsenal have announced theirs will be even cheaper - £26? Don't they have some of the biggest prices in their league? unclej
http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/premier-league-clubs-announce-new-deal-for-away-fans-2998101.aspx Its looking like we will often be paying more for our away tickets in the Championship next year than the big boys. ramsbottom
TBF, the Championship doesn't have FIVE BILLION POUNDS to share out to cover the shortfall...
Mafiabob
Great news.... Wouldn't bother me one jot if away fans were charged the cheapest ticket in the stadium... Rather have 1500 in away end than
Tombo
It'll have a knock on effect down the leagues though. They won't get away with charging more for a Championship game than a Premier League game
G_Kinkladze
You would 'expect' The Football League to instigate some kind of limitation on ticket pricing in the wake of this, I'd be very surprised if Championship Clubs were to go over £30 next season with this in place for a higher league, even with the increased TV Packages for Premier League Clubs massively softening the blow financially. Van der MoodHoover
Anyone know how the Championship Sky TV deal works? is it seperately negotiated or does it piggy-back the prem deal? Can we look forward to any "trickle-down" effect (assuming we can play attractively enough for Sky to want to televise our matches)?
blackNwhites
20's plenty. At least they've made an effort. Why just away fans though? Cap the whole stadium, rather see full stadiums than full ends.

davenportram
No doubt if QPR go up in the next three years they'll start a legal challenge, after all they didn't agree to it.
Ashz09
Surprised the big clubs agreed to that! Brilliant news hopefully home tickets will be looked at next. The thing is though if your a top club at home and got season tickets waiting list surely if people are willing to pay etc?
