"Dave", the ever-so-friendly Virgin Media sales guy from their Indian call centre.

He has / they have (for I have no idea if it's the same guy or not) been pestering me on and off for weeks, trying to get me to buy more stuff. If I ignore the calls, they just keep ringing up to 8 times in one day.

I already have TV XL package, Broadband, Landline and Mobile from Virgin Media but they aren't giving up and trying to get me to add Sky Sports/Movies. I spent 10 minutes yesterday trying to explain to "Dave" that I stream films from Amazon Video and have no interest in paying another £10 a month, to be able to watch the same films a bit sooner. In the end I hung up on him because he just wouldn't give up.

I'm already getting fed up with Virgin, as the bill has now gone the wrong side of £90 a month & have decided that one more nuisance sales call and I'm off. On past form, that should be in about 2 weeks from now....

That seems quite steep. Threaten to leave and you'll save yourself £30 a month without trying.

People who ask for money and don't deliver what they promised.

People who get annoyed on other people's behalf, whether they've given money or not.

People who accuse someone who is by nature very charitable, of doing dodgy things with other people's money.

Dodgy self employed electricians who can't be that busy cos they spend half of their life on internet forums winding people up and banning people.

Other than that, I'm a very tolerant bloke, so crack on.

Always having to speak to a customer as work who always says "hullo" instead of "hello" like David Brent does and "ideal" when you answer his questions.  I swear to God if he lived closer than Ipswich he'd be dead by now!!!  Same goes to some wench who, when you give her an answer she doesn't like replies with a sad face.  What kind of business etiquatte is that???

Russians.  Went to Cyprus last year and it might as well have been Moscow the amount of them that were there.  Ignorant, pudge-nosed w***ers all of them!!!

The selfie duck face.  I even want to punch members of my own family that do it...

I once sold a car on ebay. As the auction was coming to a close. I'd had some sound enquiries, some bids and all was looking good then some guy in Mackworth persuaded me he really really wanted it and asked me to put a buy it now price on it. So I did and he bought it. ... well he didn't cos he rang up after and said .. I can give you 50 quid to hold the car then I'll pay you the rest when I've sold my own car !  when I said that isn't really how auctions work...  but to help out I'd give him 7 days he said I was being unreasonable.

now that REALLY annoyed me

Old folk that constantly hoard cash in their houses then get upset when someone strolls in and nicks it all, usually cus they've forgot to lock a door.  At what point in a persons life do they stop trusting banks and decide it's better to keep all their money in an old teapot in the kitchen???

Whilst typing this I realised it sounded pretty heartless, but it does bug the s*** out of me...

people in sport, business and politics who think that the need to fair play only applies to their opponents.

Pay day loan companies who insist they are "providing a valuable service" .. No they aren't, they are vile predators preying on the vulnerable.

People at work who can't resist correcting you. I have very valid reasons for saying what I'm saying or doing what I'm doing but when one of these cretins pipe up I can only be bothered to say 'OK thanks'. I don't have to justify myself to you, you know-it-all. Wind your neck in and mind your own business you plank.

I don't think I could agree with this statement, someone raiding elderly peoples houses should be shot.

Sith Happens

People who think that having a mobile phone gives them permission to use it at any time such as....

Talking loudly into it on train/bus etc - i dont want to hear your conversation

Someone picking up and reading or replying to a text when i am having a conversation with them...hello i am here too

Someone who will stand and talk on the phone whilst being served by a member of the public for example at a supermarket checkout....be nice and wait until you have left

Still the number of people you see using one when driving....put the thing in the boot or something so you dont get distracted by it (i will add why is it ok to smoke and drive if its illegal to use a mobile phone?)

Applied for a job with a payday loan company. Didn't get it, wasn't disappointed  (was an IT job rather than a loans job). The only good thing I can say about them is it should be the end of the thug loaning money to desperate people on their doorsteps and threatening violence if they fail to pay.

People who, when joining a dual carriage way/motorway, don't use the slip road to get up to the speed of the road and instead choose to dawdle along hoping to join a 70mph road at 50mph, often the same people who always wait until the very last inch of said slip road before joining the other traffic.

This invariably ends up with you having to wait until a ton of cars pass you in the lane to your right before you can yourself move over to pass the slow git in the left hand lane who's frightened of driving at any speed over 65mph.

You're in the ******* way!
