Yes, Chair DCMS recalling the time EFL got a financial bail out - no blockers then...

Decent emotion and attention in this UQ, Latham pushing, just hope it resonates with the EFL.

They had a caller from Middlesbrough Geneve Sibson, saying what an excellent regulator the EFL are.

Full time job keeping up with this at the minute. Amazing work by everyone pushing to save the club.

It's extremely concerning it's got to this point and I've got to say it's not looking good. If we're stuck in limbo then we could run out of money and time. Surely, it's time we reach out to fan groups and try to start mass protest movements at wycombe and boro to start putting some pressure on in their own backyard. Maybe look at legal avenues to go around the efl if necessary too. This really does have the feeling that this could kill the club.

"The Club’s owner has provided substantial funding throughout this period, even as the process has been underway since June 2019 to find a purchaser."
I don't like this bit at all. Whether it's true or not, please don't try and insult us by chucking something in like that whilst announcing administration.
It means certain relegation, innocent, hard-working people losing their livelihoods, uncertainty for hundreds more, despair and heartbreak for thousands more again, but that's ok. I did pay for the thing I wanted to buy and became obliged to fund you know.

It will be tight but it’s not impossible with Bielik back. I really hope it gets sorted and Rooney can pull in some serious favours - we would have a fighting chance.

“Tom Lawrence's injury is improving and, with the international break coming, he may be able to play with an injection. "Festy Ebosele won't be involved."
Maybe this means Festy just won’t be involved in Tom’s injection ?

Apparently if the players are married two count for one in the EFLs very progressive eyes, which is why Rooney is performing several shotgun weddings on the training ground today. Still means the ugliest of the 9 won’t sign.

I think if Buchanan is fit, which hopefully he is with him being photo'd at training, I think our starting 11 is still decent enough to beat Huddersfield, its the bench that would be weak.
Forsyth has shown he can do a decent enough job at CB for a couple of games, its just who partners him that would be my concern. Cashin would probably do alright as a one off but he would take up a 'professional standing' space so would be unlikely to be used unless the HMRC embargo is close to removal and professional standing changes to established players so Cashin wouldnt count.
Could be that if we dont use Cashin or bring anyone else in the choices are Bird at CB (1), Buchanan CB with Shinnie LB (2) or Byrne CB with Ebosele RB (3)
(1) Roos - Byrne Bird Fozzy Buchanan - Hutchinson Shinnie - Jozwiak Sibley Lawrence - CKR
(2) Roos - Byrne Fozzy Buchanan Shinnie - Hutchinson Bird - Jozwiak Sibley Lawrence - CKR
(3) Roos - Ebosele Byrne Fozzy Buchanan - Shinnie Bird - Jozwiak Sibley Lawrence - CKR

robglosta reacted to hintonsboots in Pre match toast 12.15
I will be raising a glass ( or two ) before the game, in my case Guinness, as black and white. I think a collective 12.15 toast of COYR, would produce a bit of positive energy around the Country amongst us mighty Rams fans.
What will you have in your glass/ bottle ?? and will you join me ?
Alcohol not essential but recommended ?
