Administrators have inserted a clause into the boro and Wycombe cases as a case of significant importance which puts it to the top of any arbitrary panel . Contrary to media reports the process can take days not weeks with a final outcome expected within 14-18 days.
expect the stadium not to be an issue , Mel is being cooperative has a price in mind but willing to negotiate.

contrary to media all three parties have submitted bids but unwilling to proceeed without arbitration result clarity.

Administrators drafted up a CVA plan , total cost of the club , stadium , creditor payment plans only thing missing is the agreed price plus preferred bidder identity which should be finalised within days of the arbitration result which is the main hold up

    Very interesting developments…
boro are allegedly around 10-15 million in breach of FFP so I guess the settlement will be very similar to what they actually want - funny that “ crap we’re in breach let’s get some money in quick”

as for another potentially guilty party , Notts Forrest have just sold Carlvalho to olympiarkos for a fee reported to be 14.5 m rising to 18 m funny that for a player they’ve barely played gets a large figure transfer and just so happens to be the other club the fat Greek owns! I love a bit of FFP democracy… what a joke

Totally agree Angie, it’s a very tough moment , luckily I’ve managed to detach myself from derbys situation as my mental health is bad enough but I totally agree let’s all stick together as fans. Ask how your fellow supporters are around you, keep in contact!

Im lucky I have an amazing mini family of people who have sat with me in the north stand since 03/04 so it’s definitely a great community that support supports each other as well as the team!

The thing that stinks about the situation is before we go into boro and wycombes claims you have the following.

    • out of everything the stadium sale to me is far more dodgy compared with the amortisation policy but nothing has been done about it
    • Mel passed the fit and proper test

    • EFL agreed on our accounting policy in the first place

    • left mel to go unchallenged

these points without mentioning the current things shows how totally inept the organisation is

Realistically this is what we will get for players
    Roos - £100k
    Byrne - £250-300k
    lawrence - £500k- 750k ( out of contract)
    buchannon - £1.5-2.5m
    knight - £5-7.5 M
    sibley - £750k- 1.2 M
    festy - £2m +
    bird - £2.5-4 m
    jozwiak- £ 1.5-2m
    plange - £750k-1m
not numbers I’d want but factor in our position plus many are out of contract not going to get much

This is what I’d give to Gibson
    960,000 home gate receipts
    120,000 away gate receipts

then it’s up to the EFL to reimburse them for what finishing 6th would be if they could prove it! As many have said their final 12 games consisted of 6-7 defeats that’s not play off form neither does it bode well especially with how good Leeds were that season.

as for Wycombe I wouldn’t give them a single penny
