My biggest complaint is he’s trying to play a formation that doesn’t suit our current players. Stop playing wingers as wingbacks it’s ridiculous.

this current team of players should be playing any of the following 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1, 4-5-1, or 4-4-1-1

common theme for god sake play our wingers as wingers 🙏

Mediocre at best! The football is terrible he’s coming across tactically naïve and quite frankly I find his overly jovial demeaner annoying. He comes across like frank did players as mates rather than any hierarchy.
 

I don’t understand giving managers four year deals as let’s face it in todays game it’s about success.

Pace isn’t always an issue Puyol and Cannavaro weren’t blessed with pace but went on to be top players.

I can’t tell if Warne is crap , we’ve been found out or the lack of squad depth has caused burn out. But this has been awful for weeks and as predicted I think we won’t finish in the top six. It’s horrendous the change in the team

Sadly we’re not good enough the long unbeaten run I knew was going to come back and haunt us as soon as we got beaten we’ve started to look deflated! A big summer ahead I think Davies , Forsyth , Collins , Chester , stearman definitely get rid of plus I think Knight , Bird and sibley possibly Mcgolderick will probably go ( maybe one year in the championship)
 

as I said a few weeks ago I think we won’t be in the playoffs come the end of the season but I think we will come back mentally stronger 

To summarise we were crap! The penalty was harsh but in todays game players have the fall over mentality drilled into them. We look tired a result of a threadbare squad and the inability to add to it of any real talent.

personally I don’t think we’ll make the playoffs I may sound harsh but I think our legginess will catch us up. I’m happy to stay down tbh as with our hands tied financially how the hell would we compete in the championship.

but I don’t agree with this out to get us idea about the EFL what the more concerning thing is we seem to be in a climate across society where we lack quality in all professions so out of fear we add quantity there’s been a massive decline in the ability of Refs across the football pyramid and if you watch other teams games you’ll realise how poor or dare I say abysmal the standard of refereeing is in the UK.

I think a threadbare squad not improving properly in January is going to cost us I said to mates we’ll finish about 8th we had a good run but away from home I’m not convinced by us at all.
