A CB who is strong in the air, two wing backs who can get up and down the line and wip in some good crosses, ball winning hard working CM and a goal scoring centre forward would be a good start for me.

 McGoldrick is the obvious one we need to sign a new deal while I also think giving Loach another deal makes sense. Happy to be a number 2/3, not done much wrong in a Derby shirt and appears like a good character to have around.

I think we need a good core to build from rather than completely tearing apart the squad yet again for stability and squad moral.

I presume Bielik will be off this summer. So even if we only reinvest his transfer fee and snap up some free agents there's no reason why we can't put a decent squad together. There's no need to pay stupid transfer fees at the moment.

Which players do we have who are under contract for next season? I know some of the players we signed last summer only was for a one year deal while others it was for two years.

I also think Ben Osborne would be a good fit. Versatile player, at the age who knows what it will mean to wear black and white being a Derby lad.

Well said. He's young, hungry and a versatile player like comes across like a Paul Warne type of player. Roberts seems to have only got better as the season went on.

If Haydon Roberts is out of contract I would target trying to sign him up.
