Peterborough always want lots of dosh, more than we will be able to afford. Unless free its a no from me
He has a decent goal scoring record, is in his prime and only has a year left on his contract. I think he is be worth using making Posh a offer now he is transfer listed.

According to their retained list Rodrigues is out of contract and has been offered a new deal, meaning he could sign for us on a free and as he’s over 24 there’d be no compensation due. The suggestions of £150k for him seems off the mark
https://www.nottscountyfc.co.uk/news/2023/may/retained-list-2023/I thought he was out of contract, so I was confused by the transfer fee and presumed he must have a year left. On a free I think he is worth giving him a shot if his wage demands aren't silly.

I heard he had been in talks with us we’re after Langstaff but allegedly Notts quoted £2m .
rodrigues around £150,000k + add ons
didsy not close to signing with us again according to Ben Osborn
Why is Langstaff valued ten times what Rodrigues is? Rodrigues only having a year left on his contract?

I just wanted to check we had a thread on Darren Wassall, incase we needed another...

David McGoldrick & Hayden Roberts
Roberts should be a priority for me if we can match his ambitions and wage dreams. He's had a good season for us and will only get better. Not sure we will be able to sign him though sadly.

Anyone want to take a guess when our first signing with be announced? Either on a pre-contract agreement or for a transfer fee.

Feste would be a beast at this level. He’d bully the bullies defensively or attacking. Won’t happen but I know both those players loved us and we loved them. Their body language and enthusiasm was special. Those difficult games under Rooney and the EFL cosh were so much brighter when they were on the pitch. It was like Stingray “anything can happen in the next half hour” 🤣
I agree. I think Festy would be a beast in League One and would be ideal for the wing back role. Would add much needed pace and physicality to our play. I think Ebiowei could also tear it up as well I'm a more advanced role.
The EFL well and truely screwed us over with them two and Plange.

Would like Ebiowei back on loan - wonder if he could be converted to a wing back? Seemed to struggle in the Championship so may he to drop down a level, but Warne should love him given how quick he runs.
Ebosele would have suited the right wind back role if he was still around. I think Ebiowei would be good as a inverted forward or off and around the centre forward. He would bring an infection of pace and directness to our attack.

Could we just have some money for him. Only left a year ago. Total piss take. They've even pocketed a loan fee since.
It is sickening isn't it. Plange, Ebosele and Ebiowei all left for peanuts thanks to the EFL. If only we had all three now.

He's reported to have a burning ambition to return to Pride Park.
And that's he will never be welcome back. Malone I could stomach (hypothetically) but I doubt will happen.

Noone is suggesting that's he's coming back. Whatever people think of the bloke he's not woeful or sh*t at football.
How about Mason Bennett?

I would rather Scott Malone if I had to pick between him and Mason Bennett, apart from that I doubt he will be coming back.

No idea why a posh haven’t attacked. It’s their best form of defence
Even though both teams are shaky at the back they can both find the net. Shows us what we missed having numerous goal scorers.

What a game this is, talk about twists and turns....

I will be going to the ticket office soon to renew my season ticket.

Very good song. Surely this needs to be considered in our transfer policy

Fingers crossed. Sonny Bradley would be a fantastic addition and it will be interesting to see if Rodrigues can do it at League One.
