Jim Smith dragged Derby back to the big time along with Lionel.
I loved those days.
Igor Stimac what a player.

There is a difference between good natured laddish behaviour and loutish, socially unacceptable behaviour. Anti social behaviour whether from 30 years ago or yesterday is no longer acceptable. It's no different from the 90's? Sorry, but times and attitudes have changed and demographics have changed as well. We don't want it all to be about blankets, bovril and happy clapping but equally we don't want to be sat next to someone who is out of their mind on drugs or alcohol screaming foul mouthed abuse all through the match. When behaviour impinges on the enjoyment of others and makes them feel intimidated then it is wrong.

Not excusing the behaviour for one moment but think the young uns may have a bit of pent up aggression/frustration after not being able to do anything for a couple of years. Trouble is, it needs stamping out quickly. Because if it’s allowed to become the new normal, myself and I suspect thousands of others my age or above simply won’t bother

Nigel, could take him or leave him, but his brief was to bring the wages down which he did, nowhere near administration then

What did he say on their TV channel?
Personally I can't blame him for what he said at the end of the game, the second time he's had ridiculous grief from our clubs 'fans', he's fairly justified in my eyes

Very mediocre as I remember and kept out by George Williams.
I must confess I thought it was more, but on looking it up, he only played 25 games for Derby over 3 years never scoring.

There was a rotten core of about 8 (so called fans) behind me yesterday who would not let Sharpe alone all game. They would not say boo to a goose if they were alone or had not had three pints. We are better than that. Get behind your team.

I didn't. I don't care about Leicester and don't see them as rivals, it was more to do with them rubbing it in our faces annoyingly. I didn't want them to win the FA Cup either.

yep 15 yard scuff imho
one of my least favourite Derby days ever
and to this day I still do not like Leicester much - I cannot believe I was one of few Neutrals who really did not want them to win the league lol

This cut makes sense, although I have no hard feelings when it comes to Mac. Would be happy for him to be involved in the club again in the future when we're in better circumstances

Maybe why he would not sign for us it is a shame really if he knew Derby fans in a different light maybe he would have done.

Quite right. I was in the away end yesterday and refused to join in any of the Billy Sharp songs but sang all the others. I actually like Billy Sharp and wish he’d signed for us in the past. We’ve played them twice this season and lost by the odd goal both times, both scored by Billy Sharp.
