I don’t think DC would even contemplate breaking the rules. Things have changed

Surprised Didzy played so many minutes against PV. Most likely route to promotion is a well paced campaign staying in the top 6 and avoiding injury imo. Could end badly if we blow a gasket reaching for automatics - it’s a steep hill

Maybe he was sad that he was having to leave? Anyway scoring the goals is the bit we need

Last time he was sulking (contract negotiations) I remember the ball came to him (he didn’t want it), he scored immediately, did a sulky celebration then went back to sulking. But no I don’t think he’d sulk.

Hard disagree. Keep Cashin and Forsyth together at all costs.
Smith at CM with Rooney at RB or, if Sibley's back, him in the middle with Roberts at LB.

It does sound scary but I’d be surprised to see Tom Glick preside over an FFP problem. Boehy has done the same w the manager I guess - it’s a US approach and maybe he’s pushing it through without thinking carefully about future accounting consequences.

Surely that wage would have been budgeted for in any business plan. In fact, as the highest earner it had to be. Get him back if we have a potential 2 month injury. We've given him enough time to get that hour at the World cup under his belt and it would piss Birmingham off no end as a transfer day Brucie bonus.

For me the point more was that they were all about West Ham They didn’t give us a bad rap they just didn’t focus on us and the commentator had done little homework on Derby

Max’s face said it all when he went off and we will miss him. It may indeed help Rooney. But after seeing Roberts’ leaps and bounds last night, maybe Sibley’s many godparents, friends and relations will get to enjoy watching him in midfield once more ?

And not only is he a magician up front, when he tracks back to defend he really defends. Doesn’t just impressionistically waft himself around the place like some others. We concede plenty of goals as a result of attacking minded players tracking back then prancing around like Monet’s water lilies

Don’t mind that. Good to see cashin, Roberts and Rooney looking comfortable against such oppo and Tommo will take some confidence. Barkhuizen was bright and Knight was just showing off that he’s superhuman. Clever selection by Warne IMO. Hope Bird’s ok
