Yes without a doubt, they remind me of Wimbledon play to there strengths. Not the prettiest football I've seen but I can see them giving some clubs problems at there home ground. I must admit I was really concerned when there captain Tom Lockyer collapsed on the pitch happy to hear that he was ok. Also happy for Rob Edwards there manager who had a loan spell with us and of course Mick Harford.

If he reads the game well and has the right players with him then this isn't a problem. Remember Rob Hindmarch? Maybe you don't, lots of people are younger than me these days but I assure you he was a great defender without having any pace at all

Who are we tipping in the PL finale then? I reckon all three could lose in which case it’s Leicester and the Dirties for the chip….

I'd have him back all day long. Good young pro. Can play wingback. Improving. Come home Hayden, you know we love you.

As a neutral Spurs seemed to be a club who is in such a mess. I see that the Feyenoord manager Arne Slot has turned down the opportunity to manage them. Maybe one manager who might be an interesting fit is Brendan Rodgers I thought he did well at Leicester up until this season. If I was Vincent Company I would stay at Burnley.

I'd take either Ferrari driver as well, unfortunately I can't see the mercs pulling out a hero moment.
But yes, the Alonso win would be epic if it can happen, Ferrari if it can't and even a consolation prize of a Perez win would be preferable to another weekend of horner-marko-max-pundits circle jerk.
On the positive front, qualifying at Monaco is usually exciting and we've got a proper race track next weekend (even if it's not the most exciting track at least they've taken out the last chicane)
  14. Cheers

It probably won't happen but would love to see Fernando Alonso win the Monaco Grand Prix instead of the boring Red Bull Team with K**B Head Horner and Mardy Boy Verstappen who throws his dummy out the pram when he doesn't win. Can only see Hamilton finishing about 6th/7th.

In all seriousness, with what's coming out now (no pun intended), sounds like an ITV cover up job.
    Shameful.

Tommy Docherty . Dismantled a top team and brought in also rams. Deliberately tried to ruin the Rams

The title of this thread is ambiguous.  Is it inviting us to think of a "worse" manager than those listed (a relativistic judgement and matter of opinion, comparing one manager with another), or was the title a mistake and the intention was in fact to ask for who was the "worst" manager (in which case, only one name is needed to fulfil the request)?
"Those whom the Gods wish to destroy they first make mad".  And those whom they wish to make mad they first make managers.  As soon as any human being acquires power over others there will be problems.  Add to that the deadly cocktail of money, publicity and pressure to win that applies in football, and factor in the mostly under-educated nature of most footballers (with a few exceptions such as Roy Hodgson), and only those with either a huge ego or a vast inferiority complex or both would willingly step up.
I'm not sure if our history of eccentrics, egomaniacs, overachievers and underachievers is all that different from that of other clubs really, it's just that we know more about ours than about anyone else's.  Anyway, for what it's worth, here are my nominations.
Worst ever - Docherty, for all the reasons stated above.
Best ever - Cloughie, and you'll never be able to tell anyone of my generation any different.
Honourable mentions - Shteve Mac, Jim Smith & George Burley.
Dishonourable mentions - most of the rest for many different reasons.

Got up at 6.25 this morning and put BBC Breakfast News on and there was a half hour programme about Rob and living with MND it was heart breaking to watch and hard as well, there was one point when one of the doctor's was talking to him about the end and how he felt about it and he just smiled and said he didn't want anyone talking negative like that. You think you have problems in life and feel a bit down then programmes like that show us how lucky we are. I'm not ashamed to say I had tears rolling down my cheeks when his wife/mum/dad were trying to talk about life without him.

I take it you weren't a Tommy Docherty fan Dethron? Must admit the man was a disaster sold our biggest assets like Gemmill to Forest, Rioch and Todd and just bought garbage to replace them.

Sorry Archie but Brown was a disaster can you remember 3-1 defeat to Colchester in the FA Cup after the match Radio Derby interviewed him and a number of fans told him to f*** Off out the club on the Monday he was sacked. Clement's football was boring football.
