Positive move by Mercedes.
I think 23 is just going to be the Max Verstappen show, but hopefully 24 and 25 the field pull them back in.
In other motorsports, British touring cars, Formula E are both available on free to air TV and WRC Croatia is running with many tributes to the sadly departed driver Craig Breen. There's GT racing from Monza on youtube as well if that takes yer fancy.
Seen a great joke on Red Bull on one of the BBC's motor sport sites where that idiot Horner says that they have no number 1 driver and Verstappen and Perez are free to fight for the world championship. What a load of BS. It's obvious Verstappen is the blue eyed boy and will always be there top driver.

Living in Nottingham it's been great seeing the Forest fans reaction to there crap team knowing it's relegation and back to the championship. I wonder how many players they will have to get rid off so they don't get some type of punishment from the EFL for FFP. Get rid of about 20 players and buy about 15 what a shambles of a club they are.

Greasy cafe's where you could get a great fry up. Little Chef's on the same line, Bernie Inn restaurants which you would take your girlfriend and think it was posh.

I think results went well for us last night Bolton losing was great so hopefully might gives us a chance of finishing 5th, I can't see anyone stopping Plymouth and Ipswich from gaining automatic promotion and to be fair they have deserved over the season. Who would you rather play in play-off semi-finals Sheffield Wednesday or Barnsley? I would say Wednesday there form has been terrible of late.

Greatest Hits Radio with Ken Bruce, my type of station for a grumpy old sod music from 70's/80's and 90's and of course Pop Master in 5 minutes I'm rubbish at it but love trying to play it. Well recommended if you haven't listened to the station.

Assuming we make the playoffs we can't play Bolton in the semi-final because 5th,place is the best they can get
Sorry didn't realise that, pity because I don't fancy our chances against Sheffield Wednesday/Ipswich/Barnsley.

I would like to play Bolton in the play-off semi-finals I think we stand a good chance against them.

Kane should get out asap!
I can't understand if he stays at Spurs next season. Problem is what are his options? Man City, Arsenal and Chelsea he won't go to. If he goes abroad maybe Bayern Munich or PSG but he says he wants to stay in The Premier League then that leaves 2 options to me Man Utd and Newcastle.

Is it a modern thing?
I've read stories on here from the 70's, fans who used to taunt the police about a cop killer during matches.
Wouldn't surprise me.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney will eventually get bored/have less appetite to subsidise. Best you can hope is that when they do go it doesn’t Wrexham.
Hope so.

Living in the Nottingham conurbation and having a few mates who support The Pies it is definitely ott.
If County had been promoted as Champions then there wouldn't have been anywhere near the media clamour we saw yesterday, which in some quarters was quite nauseating.
£2.5k a week wages for footballers playing in the Vanarama league says it all.
My own hope is that County don't fluff the playoffs this time and compound the injustice.
I also live in Nottingham Tyler Durden and feel gutted Notts County didn't gain automatic promotion and I have a feeling they will miss out in the play-off's, also I can see them losing Macaulay Langstaff next season with the amount of goals he has scored this season

I think there are a lot of unhappy people in this country who are desperate to blame someone for their plight. That’s often positions of authority.
Everyone else has to change except them. I find it all rather sad.
Yes you are so right, but I think it's just the way society is today.

All these exotic destinations but we just had a great week in Devon. Based in Preston Sands with a lovely sea view to wake up to each morning, we visited Bristol, Paignton, Dawlish, Exeter, Buckfastleigh, Brixham and Dartmouth.
Weather was kind, sea was broiling!
Brought back 4 points, 6 would have been better but otherwise a perfect week.
Your so lucky to go to such a gorgeous part of the country love Dawlish been there a few times and Exeter is a lovely city to visit.

Wrexham have just become champions in the National League(Non League Football) and congratulations to them but because they have 2 famous Hollywood actors as there owners the media go way over the top you would have thought they had won the Champions League. Even Burnley's promotion to The Premier League never got this type of reaction.

Let's hope by 5.00pm on Saturday they are relegated, they have 2 hard games this week against Brighton at home on Wednesday and Brentford away on Saturday and I can't see them getting any points in those 2 matches.

What was especially scary was the wave of support for Raoul Moat during and after the manhunt.
AnagRam you are so right I couldn't believe that. I will be honest I had forgot all about that.

but surely we wouldn't have won the championships if we'd bottled it would we?
That's my point we didn't bottle it unlike other clubs.
