EFL do agree to apply the 15 points this year and MA swoops in and buys the club and ground. Either way I would be shocked if he ever ends up being the owner of DCFC

Well today things are looking up now maybe a new owners in few days or in a few weeks but does mean now Rooney can now start to plan if it Is in the champership or league one.
