I’m literally saying I’m worried about us going forward.
Honestly think you could get into an argument with your own reflection sometimes 🤷‍♂️

Fornah always gees up the crowd, he did it again yesterday too. I like him a bit more for it. Shows a bit of passion. He should be starting games for us. 

I’m happy for Warne to finish the season. But I would get rid regardless of the outcome.
Hopefully we get promoted, and we can thank Warne for his efforts and contribution in getting us back on track.
But if we don’t get promoted, he just can’t stay on. It’s an awful league, and this season in particular, the competition is so poor with the three relegated sides from last season all a mess.
If we can’t finish above Posh, Pompey and Bolton this season, we’ve got no chance of finishing above Wednesday or QPR next season.
Posh looked so much better than us the other week. There appeared to be a clear gulf. And to put into perspective, Posh would be a bottom six side in the Championship.
 

I bet our wage bill is much higher than theirs is.

Assuming we are promoted how good is our current geriatric army expected to be at the championship level.
Why is smith not in Sheffield Wednesdays plans, probably because he's the wrong side of 30 and not of the quality needed at that level like much of our current squad. Yet smith is supposedly a prime target for us and is the same age as the most of the other strikers we have.
Before they even joined us their record read Injury prone. They have very little resale value.
Our salary budget is high because we are paying their championship level wages.
last season those older players ran out of steam towards the end of the season.
In my opinion, We lack a team capable of successfully competing at the championship level.
Should we not have looked for younger talent from the lower leagues that might have a resale value in the future and perhaps wouldn't have us on such high wages.
Has warme changed from his Rotherham teams, did he promote similar teams to ours in the past, only to find they couldn't succeed in the Championship once promoted?
 

I see little point in changing now and I do believe we’ll be top 6.  Top 2, who knows.  It could come down to what happens in the next few days, who goes , who stays, injured players coming back and, out of al, the clubs up there, who can be most consistent.
I did walk away yesterday slightly concerned for Warne.  The booing, jeers sarcastic cheers when Hourihane went off doesn’t bode well for him long term.  I said to my mate, it’s a long time since we’ve heard that level of angst in a home crowd.  It’s a shame but I do wonder if he’s reached a tipping point?

We seem to be in a bad place right now and should consider ourselves lucky to collect 7 points from our last four games. That could actually have been maybe 1-2 points or something like that based on performance.
 
Big challenge for Warne now to find the right starting eleven because as it looks right know we are in some trouble. I hope he can find a way out of this right now because otherwise we actually might find ourselves below top 6 within weeks. That's how bad I think we’re playing at the minute.   

players have been giving the ball away so much in the last few games-Warne cannot be blamed for that-they need to take a bit of responsibility.

I am convinced we don't survive the Champ under Warne, his tactics are no match for the quality of that division. We'd get passed off the park, but we don't need to speculate the evidence is already there from his Rotherham stint.

That was my point.
We're not dissimilar from a whole host of other league clubs by turning over losses on a regular basis.
Why did the chairman of those teams acquire those clubs?
Am sure Clowes didn't need reminding of the harsh reality of this when he bought the club, but the money has to come from somewhere like other league clubs or we fold again. It's that simple. 
 

Chicken and egg. If Warne stopped playing Hourihane and Bird as the midfield then maybe we'd see a better Bird and a better Hourihane.

Enough booed that if they stayed away you'd be supporting a team with similar size support to Cheltenham.

We were 2nd best most of the match, and this is against a team in the bottom 3.
Very poor performance which we need to address if we desire promotion!

I have the opposite view on this,he does come across as honest,funny and quirky to me and I actually thought he sounded impressed with Sibley aside from the peno and he didn't criticise that in any case,just admitted that it was one (fair enough,it was!)
He also praised him for being the only player to be making forward runs.
I personally thought sibs did well,he tracked back well and made some vital tackles and at least he always has a go,going forwards.
The game itself was absolutely dreadful in the first half,we were slow,dull and looked frightened to death.
The changes for the second half were positive and we looked a different team,if not one that was in my mould of a great derby side.
It was effective however and all of a sudden we were on the front foot with Cheltenham not really getting a look in from then on.
Birds goal was superb but eclipsed by collos' effort which was outstanding....if he stayed in the box more often,this might be something we would see with more regularity.
Three points off top,joint third place as it stands and we aren't even playing well yet....if we can finally click going forwards,you never know,the autos may actually be on.

We've been ahead v Cheltenham for a grand total of 9 minutes out of 180.
This league is garbage and we're only just above average in it.

I know how you feel….first time in 40 years I haven’t been to a game.

This is the most “can’t bearsed” feeling i’ve had for a game for as long as i can remember…

Both teams have 10 points from the last 18 available. 3 wins, 1 draw and 2 defeats. Both have a goal difference of +2. Cheltenham have only conceded 5 to our 9. We have the 5th worst defence in the league over the last 6 games, they have the 2nd best defence. 
This most likely isn't going to be the walk over a lot of folk are expecting. It might only be little old Cheltenham, but on paper, they are as good, if not better in recent weeks than Derby.
