A few huge slices of luck this evening with another terrible ref - but all that matters are the 3 points - I would have liked a more convincing performance though and didn’t enjoy sitting back against 10 men ! 

We entertained. Dynamic, aggressive, front foot football. Won, deserved to, and sent a noisy crowd home happy.
I haven't read through but if anyone's moaning they need to take a moment to consider their life choices.

I was sat in the west stand but towards the north stand so didn’t have a close up view of all the contentious decisions, what I will say is we totally deserved to win tonight we’ve played a lot worse this season. Think it proves there’s no conspiracy against any team the officials at this level just aren’t very good

Ticket sales for this one are very slow with the big game on Saturday, fans are sitting this one out.
Still 4,393 tickets left.

Two home games ago we lost to Charlton, I would be amazed if there is any consideration of resting players for the Reading game

No need to panic - it was not the last game of the season . Walking away from Hillsborough last day , last season was gut wrenching .

I have and will always want the best for my club, it’s the county I love and it will always have my loyalty but now I want it for the Clowes family, to repay their efforts and sacrifices. 

What he did to save our club and what he’s continuing to do, I will always be immensely grateful for. 
It’ll be a long road back for us but we’re in the safest of hands.

The best ones will reach their potential having been nicked for a million a piece at 16, whilst the academy being run to find and train them runs at about 5 million a year.  That's an issue not solvable till we are pushing for a premier league place and can dangle that carrot.  Cat 1 is no good for League 1.

Yeah but our football finance expert friend thinks it's more appropriate to calculate the yield on what someone else paid for it 6 years ago...

If we are paying David Clowes rent of 872 k per annum on PP. Which he bought for £25 mill - that’s similar to DC getting 4-5% p an  interest on his investment . That seems fairly normal in the current financial climate.

I guess although 'to remains a going concern' is a bit of a worry. Suppose that's just how football is these days. 

For me this is a timely little reminder of what Clowes has done and how lucky we are to have a club.
Quite sobering really….

Well at the end of the day Clowes is paying the debt so it’s his choice and it’s his choice to eventually recoup some profit - so probably best not to be too optimistic on signing players for larger fees than we have been doing 

It also shows how important ticket money and other revenue is at this level if there was any doubt.
