Just got 2 in the east stand upper , talked over with the wife whether it was daft as I’m sure we won’t get to all the games ( long day travel from Surrey ) , in the end she asked me if we hadn’t been taken over yet but clowes had said he could take the club over dependant on fans lucky enough to be able to buy season actually buying one would I have spent the money on the club and that sealed it really

Eddie reacted to Mick Brolly in Season Tickets 2022-23
This will be my 92nd consecutive year as a season ticket holder I've seen some highs and lows during that time.

I've just put the 75cl Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel that @Eddie gave me in the pantry, ready for some news the whole country is expecting in the next day or two.

Eddie got a reaction from Crewton in Rate the last film you saw partie deux
The Englishman Who Went Up A Hill And Came Down A Mountain - Alan Durban/10.
I've seen this film a few times, and it's still wonderful. Hugh Grant only ever plays Hugh Grant, but he's brilliant at it.
On a clear day, you could actually see Mynydd Y Glyn (the mountain that Ffynnon Garw was based upon) from where I lived as a child.

Unfortunately, Derbyshire have to cut their cloth in as thrifty a manner as they can. We have one of the smallest memberships in the whole of the County Championship, and a concert goes a long way to paying for, say, Wayne Madsen's contract for another year. Just the way it is, I'm afraid.
Anyway, academic as it turned out.

I think we needed to play Cartwright otherwise he wouldn't have played enough games to be eligible for the QF (and beyond we hope).

I believe you can only field 2 overseas players in a game, so in order to accommodate Cartwright, Kerr had to make way.

No, but that's a serious beer flight. I had an 8 in Le Trappiste (Bruges) a few years ago but 10, even though they are only 12.5 cl a pop, is a good lunch.

I had a low-key Tesco celebration - a bottle of St Bernardus Abt 12 followed by a Chimay White (Tripel) and a tot of Jim Beam.
Today, I'm breaking open one of my last two 75 cl bottles of 2015 Straffe Hendrik Heritage.
