This pic of Henry Newton popped up today wearing the Argentina kit and he left us in 1977 so must have been somewhere in between but earlier than ‘78 ? 

Yeah.  A quick read up suggests you're right. 
Two snippets I've read are:
"Officially, you shouldn't enter the bus lane at all. If an emergency vehicle needs to pass, it must find its own way through"
"Please avoid pulling into bus lanes or cycle lanes. The ambulance crew are trained to negotiate traffic and may look to use the bus lane to pass..."
Hey, it is what it is.  If it costs me, then so be it.  Morally, I believed I was "doing the right thing"... and I still do, even now.  But I appreciate "morally" and "legally" don't always go hand in hand.
It may well change my outlook... and reactions... to similar circumstances in the future though.  I'll just have to look upon it as any negative consequences (i.e. ambulances not reaching the patient in time, or fire engines not arriving in time to save that trapped family!) as being on someone else's shoulders, and I'll just have to learn to shrug mine, and leave them to it!  
Not the nicest thought, but law is law, I guess!  

They will probably reject your appeal , anyone is not allowed to break a law to let an emergency vehicle through. That includes red lights or stopping in hatched areas. My mate was done for going in a bus lane in his lorry for exactly the same reason and still got fined after the appeal 

Re resting players…… Win the game and no one will want to be resting, all up for playing, that’s the mentality any player will have. ?

Rubbish today but I wouldn't over react to this defeat. Currently 6th, 4 clear of 7, games in hand on Plymouth, Ipswich and Bolton and will go ahead of the latter should we win them. Two 'winnable' home games now to get back on track. COYR.

We've been getting away with playing Fozzy for ages. Let's face it, his performance today is a lot more representative of his Derby career than the past 10 games. Trys hard but he's always been a really poor footballer. 

Weird. He’s had a bad game today, but a very good season so far. He’s played his part in the rebuilding of the club on the pitch this season, contributing to a great defensive effort and unbeaten run for a large chunk of the season….but yeh let’s revert to writing the bloke off after a decade of service to the club because of a poor game today (along with a number of his teammates) ??‍♂️
