Yes exactly the same for me have really struggled to run 10k on my own when am out in training yet today was a breeze tbf......its definitely the people running with you that spurs you on....the course today was pretty flat but even so was mentally pretty comfortable

They'll give you a quote online then when you go to take your car to their depot they'll get a number of their staff to pour over your cars bodywork with a scanning electron microscope to uncover any minuscule damage on your bodywork them systematically deduct every minor flaw from the price they originally offered

Exactly. He would be better off using the money to make up the 25%, especially if he can agree a deal with HMRC to pay them over 2 years.  If he can keep HMRC sweet, then there's more chance of us avoiding the 15 point deduction.

Yes this. You beat me to it by saying that the EFL will then "help" us with a business plan meaning ongoing restrictions regards players wages etc meaning Kirchner simply wont be able to invest the money he's theoretically saved into the playing squad. 

On that 5km I think it was the lady just in front of me that i was determined to overtake in the last km that got my good time for me. Took her in the last 10m. Booyah. Ran backwards sticking my tongue out at her as I crossed the line. No camaraderie here, every man for himself. 

This is what I don't understand about the whole process....so Kirchener knows if he offers x amount of money then this will satisfy the EFLs creditors rules so we avoid another points deduction....but he's not going to offer x minus 1 pound to save a quid but then condemn us to a 15 point deduction....so what's the minimum anyone has to offer to buy us? 

Around £27m-£30m, excluding stadium/MSD loan.

The automatic assumption is that the money saved by not meeting the EFL creditors rules will then be used to enhance the transfer kitty but on what basis is this assumption being made and how much of the cash saved will be diverted to buying new players?

Dunno how Allsop got away with assaulting their centre forward in the first half when he came rushing out of his penalty area. Not that I'm complaining. If the boot was on the other foot however there would be a number of posters moaning like drains on here. 
We have lost what 9 away games on the bounce not down to luck or crap referees we simply don't do enough to influence the outcome of games so if we get one dodgy decision then we probably won't get opportunity in the game again as we just don't create enough. 
Sods law will say we now will start winning away games but then start losing home games as a trade off.

Morris could have flogged the club if he'd wanted to avoid all of this but like anything the price had to be right. And it was Morris who was setting the price.
So instead of getting something back for the club for himself he's now created this purgatory for the fans so in effect he's been the architect of a lose lose scenario. 
Another shrewd business decision.
