For me LR has 90 minutes to get a result.
Lose today and he should be shown the door, we have slowly become too predictable and as such there is a pattern now.
A win will lift the players as a team, defeat and we need new manager.

For what it's worth, I think West Ham provided a more fitting show of respect last night by signing the national anthem. I'm sure the vast majority at games would do something similar and drown out the relatively small (but inevitable) number of dissenters. Yes it's only one game for us and it'll be rearranged but as previous posters have mentioned, would the Queen/Royal Family really want thousands of people (and businesses) to be out of pocket during a cost of living crisis? I suspect not.
They've even cancelled all tomorrows race meetings and moved the St Leger to Sunday which given the Queen's affinity with horse racing is pretty baffling. Surely she would have wanted them to go ahead which imo just outlines that this is nothing to do with what her or her family wants but out of fear of not being seen to do the "right thing"
I'm not looking for a fight and respect those who may disagree, just my opinion.

I'm fairly apathetic in terms of Royal family but get the impression the Queen was probably a fairly decent person.
The question the EFL (and others) should have asked themselves is "Do we think the Queen would have wanted millions of people to have their enjoyment stripped away from them and lots of people lose a load of money after her death?"........and I think the answer would have been a resounding 'NO'
Watch the kids' leagues follow suit.

Completely agree that the U21 involvement devalues it and should be scrapped. However, I disagree that it's pointless, a great opportunity for L1/L2 teams to have a bit of success. I live in Chesterfield who have won one and made a final in the last 10 years or so. Prior to that, they hadn't been at Wembley since the early 90s. I'd kick out the U21s and change the format to L1 & L2 only, 48 teams in 16 groups, two games each. Group winners into the last 16 straight knockout. 5 games to Wembley instead of the 7 (I think) it is now.

Fair point, without knowing the catering arrangements it's anyone's guess about the % of revenue that would actually come to the club. Would a half and half Derby - Grimsby scarf sway you into coming? If so I'll put a call in...
