What a day to skip, early days but happy and I think I'm not alone when I say I'll sleep a little better tonight.

Not denying Rooney is working wonders but he is just an up and coming manager, the expectations of their fans would they really take the risk on Rooney? Surely by their (too high) standards, they want someone with a successful proven record in football Management.

Absolutely agree.I do think there may be a case of Gibson just wanting someone to say his claim has some validity, or admission from the administration that there is a case to answer. Not sure it’s about the money anymore. 
 
if that’s the case, I don’t care how wrong it feels, just agree. You don’t have to mean it. Cross your fingers behind your back or something. Just swallow a bitter pill and get the risk of liquidation off the table. 

I still have fight in me but the closer and closer it gets to Feb 1st I'm more inclined to say f'k it do want needs to be done to ensure we still have a Derby County Football Club and that **** *** Gibson knows this.

Just going back to highlight a key section of the Boro statement yesterday.
The club believes that it is a Football Creditor but accepts that, as things stand, the size of the debt due is unknown. All MFC have said is that any new owner should be required to honour the final decision of the Arbitration Panel on behalf of Derby County once that is known.
Article 48 clearly shows they are not football creditors. There is no debt, this isn't outstanding transfer payments, sell on clauses, just a claim for an unknown in their words amount.

I went to a supermarket ( won’t mention who ) and asked for two lines on the lotto on Friday for Saturdays draw …when I checked my ticket on saturday I noticed they’d only given me 1 line instead of 2 
therefore because I would have won the lotto jackpot on my second line ( that I wasn’t given ) I’d like to claim the jackpot prize of 8.2m please
