You just go and ask ‘Stan’ for a ticket in the pub on the day. We get there anywhere from a couple hours before leaving right up to 15 minutes before leaving and have never struggled getting on.

Not sure on price as since I bought my house I’ve been sponging off my dad at the football haha. It’s <5 return though I believe.

I’m away this weekend otherwise I’d meet you at the pub to help sort you out so you know what to do moving forwards!

    Cat and fiddle is good.
Plenty of time in the pub before it leaves. Gets you there 15 mins before kick off to soak the atmosphere up.

You could take the my15 to Sawley, get off at the Railway Station and then the train to Derby takes 9 minutes. From there it's an easy walk to the ground with a few pubs on the way. Plus you get to walk in with fellow Rams.

As far as i'm aware Heanor is the closest supporters bus, unless you get the Two into Derby.

Its not specifically a bus for the football, but the Black Cat stops in Chaddesden very close to the Costco A52 Bridge

The same Frank Lampard who’s name attracted 3 of the best young talents we’ve seen in Derby shirts in years, who put Derby in the limelight through media coverage and has made us a more desirable club to come and manage or play for, and maybe even invest in for possible future investors.
”onwards and upwards” is slightly disrespectful. I for one am thankful for Franks time here and bringing the feel good factor back to PP after Rowetts dross football.

I really feel angry about how this has all played out.
Obviously we are not privy to the negotiations.
But for Lampard and Chelsea to let this interfere with our pre-season preparations in my opinion shows a complete lack of respect and understanding.
Whatever the outcome now, I feel Lampard has burnt his bridges with us, and I do not want him back.
No one is bigger than the club.
If negotiations had been completed in a couple of days, I would have thanked him for his time and wished him best wishes for the future.
    Not now!

Coach journey down with Heanor Rams was great, left at 8.30, parked up at Wembley before12, Fan Park was rammed so cans from Sainsburys Local (£5 for 4 tins against £5.90 per pint), drank those soaking up the atmosphere at the bottom of Olympic Way.
Journey home was a nightmare, the coach park is a shambles, nearly 2 hours to get off the car park as they got the Villa coaches away first (how does that work when they won?).  Got to M1 in reasonable time once moving and were going well until they shut M1 meaning a detour round Loughborough.  Got home about 11.  If they can sort the coach park out everything would be fine.

As part of our bar allocation we've got the Arena Square Fan Zone which has bars, food stalls and plenty of seating. It's pretty close to the ground too so won't require too much walking. Might be a good place to set up and soak up the atmosphere.

Why did the 3 referees reviewing this claim just agree to take no further action. They should have supported the on field referee and come out and stated that all the available evidence made it obvious that he had made a correct decision.

So despite Sky's best efforts to derail our playoff campaign, justice is served although 'Lawrence avoids ban for diving' headlines are typical of Sky trying to stir things up even after the case has been thrown out.  Has anyone mentioned there should be massive credit to the referee (not sure who it was) but he made the correct decision in a split second on one viewing at full speed when half the commentators and pundits on tv couldn't make their minds up after 300 views with a microscope.  I am quick to criticise referees but credit where it's due on this occasion.

NottsRam reacted to Dethorn in Bristol City vs Derby County
My first game for a long time. Think it was Wolves at home last season, and not sure I have seen the boys win for a couple of years, so all of this maybe a bit rose tinted. But.... I will go on
I think it was a great team performance all round. I was expecting Bristol to come at us for the first quarter of an hour, I am not sure how we did it but we did kind of take the sting out them and then Mount's bit of skill on the right was excellent to tea up Lawrence (not usually one of my favourites)
The 7 minutes of injury time in the first half had me absolutely sure that we would go in 1-1 but we held on.
Second half and I am sure if Bradley had gone through on his left foot we would have been two up.
The sending off looked a little harsh to me but the ref was very well positioned. It was funny how the ref seemed to swap sides at half time, giving them everything before half time, then giving us the run of the green after it. That is until he booked Lawrence for what looked like a genuine slip to me.
Still as frequently happens the side down to ten men had a bit of a bounce and just when I thought that 1-1 was inevitable what a break and what a goal. Mounts pass sublime, Mason Bennett running straight at me and just when I thought he was going down a blind alley "that pull back" at pace and Bogle - how cool was he!!
The celebrations at this point were mental, I think almost as much out of relief.
From then on we were relatively comfortable - ole ole keep ball at one point wtf!!
Lawrence's offside goal looked like it was on to me, but from memory it was also possibly our best move of the game.
Bennett's offside goal - he was offside but I thought the final ball through was off a Bristol player - which I thought plays him on.
    General Points
Possible MOM performance for 15 minutes to Mason Bennett catalyst to change a potential drawing  position into something that was in the end a comfortable win
Evans stepped into the breach - was he a CD all along.
    Bogle, Mount, Keogh were outstanding
Special mention to Roos, nothing too spectacular but steady, commanding and no mistakes
and Waghorn, who I thought worked tirelessly and was a thorn in the side of the Bristol defenders, he held it up well and the header off the line was of equal value as a goal.
But two things really stood out for me as a long distance (see more games on the tv than I do live) fan
    1) The teamwork, hard work, in it together ethic !!
    2) The fans - were awesome, it felt like we out sang the home fans all the way through and I heard hardly any negativity
Thanks to the club, the players and the fans (and one steward in particular) for a great day.
I am 48 and do not think I remember having enjoyed a Derby game as much.

Ludicrous.  They bring in VAR because the officials are sometimes mistaken, but they cannot review an apparent assault because the ref saw it and deemed it accidental.  The hypocrisy of it all stinks.

They have taken strong tackling out of the game sadly but stamping on the face appears to be okay outside of the Premier league.  I believe he could have avoided standing on his head if he wished to. i.m not sure he meant to do the amount of damage but he knew full well what he was doing.
