Don't know about his ears but he has tiny testicles apparently
Apparently he had none at all (Goering's were very small I'm told)

The Phantom on Netflix. For lovers of true crime documentaries, this tells the story of a possible miscarriage of justice in Texas which led to the death penalty for the guy found guilty. An interesting watch and thought provoking when it comes to capital punishment.

Be interesting to know what wages we are paying compared to everyone else. I expect we are quite high up in the list.
I doubt many teams spend much money on transfers in our division.

No idea of the accuracy of this website or where they get the figures from.

Kamil maybe?
You should show him our current squad and how many of them we paid transfer fees for - Forsyth is probably the one we spent most on and thats 10 years ago (if you dont count Bielik who isnt currently with us)
Fee of around £150,000 i believe we paid for Forsyth and some still say we were robbed ?. About £500 a game i reckon!

Watched the first episode last night. I’ll persevere as I know from experience often these thing improve but, I was underwhelmed.
I'm loving it but definitely not for taking too seriously, more of a comedy really but I love all the music and the clothes, my era, takes me back.

A Town Called Malice, brand new on Sky Max. London crime family decamp to the Costa del Sol to try to resurrect their receding criminal status. Managed to watch episode one so far, looks promising and loving the sound track.

Legend he may be, but I also feel a bitter taste about how he left and his reasons. His back seemed fine when he was Keegan's assistant for the next dozen years! Was even subject of a massive disagreement between Keegan and the FA, with them refusing to employ him based on his age! They then allowed Sven to bring in Tord Grip who was older and Keegan was not happy!
Similarly, I also feel a little bitter taste about Igor leaving us for West Ham, and Bobby Davison for going to Dirty L**ds.
Regardless, what he did here was pretty amazing, nor will i ever feel any ill towards Igor or Bobby D. Maybe you're just bitter Mostyn6 ?

Apologies for resurrecting this thread, however, i got into a discussion on a FB group regarding Arthur and the high esteem he is held in by Rams fans who were lucky enough to witness his management time at Derby. I understand that Arthur shuns publicity but i really think the club needs to make a concerted effort to get him to PP as a guest of honour and to allow us all to show our appreciation to him. I think it would be a real special occasion (get a lump in my throat just thinking about it).
All too often we end up showing our respects with a minutes applause when they are gone, would really love to do something now. I wonder if Mr Clowes could persuade him to make an appearance? Do people think it would be worth persuing?

Think the ref may have forgotten about Didzie’s yellow and needed to be reminded.
No complaints about the ‘penalty incidents’. Not enough in the push against Dobbin. And his touch was heavy, his run predictable. Don’t think even he complained. Rooney’s was a clear foul. We should stop whingeing about this stuffI assumed the second penalty incident would be the clear hand ball in the box?

It’s notable that Wednesday have won so many games 1-0. Ten in all. We’ve won 1-0 twice.
Almost Billy Davies-esque?

Good recommendation @NottsRam....
Hopefully more of the Alex Murtagh story to come.
My eye has just been caught by the title 'The Hatchet Wielding Hitchhiker' which is possibly the greatest ever title for a documentary, I will watch and feed back!
Glad you enjoyed it, i just happenend to watch it, was disappointed that it finished before the trial, and the next day the court verdict came back.
I started watching the Hatchet Wielding Hitchhiker but did not really get into it. Let me know if you enjoy it as i may give it another go.
I have just put Dublin Narcos (Sky Documentaries) on my planner so that's next for me.

North Sea Connection - BBC
An unlikely tale about a fishing family caught up in a meth smuggling operation. Not the best but stunning Irish coast scenery and only 6 parts of 45 minutes. 7/10
Better - BBC. An even more unlikely tale of a corrupt female DI who is on the payroll of an organised crime boss and needs to get out. Another 7/10 for me.
Both rank above Love island!

There's also potential to disallow the 2nd for Knight controlling the ball with his arm. It would definitely be harsh, but the distance between his arm and the ball when it was played (although his momentum shortened that distance rapidly) wouldn't be considered too close for him to take evasive action (which he sort of does, but sort of doesn't at the same time - his body turns but his arm still goes toward the ball)
If I was a Cheltenham fan I'd be making the case that both goals shouldn't have stood.
No appeals from the Cheltenham players at all, thats good enough for me

Just thought I'd let you know that the 2 bamfords that were involved in the attack were both arrested and plod have got very good cctv footage of the attack.
I have to say, as a non-regular away fan these days (no away membership so can only get when large allocations), i was surprised at the amount of hostile young supporters we have these days. Very drunk and many seemed to be under the influence of other substances as well. Makes it slightly uncomfortable when taking my 12 year old away from home unfortunately. I'm all for fans having a few beers before the match, i have always enjoyed the away days but it all feels a bit uneasy nowadays.

What about offsides, though? There have been some shocking ones let go this season.
I'm not talking about the big toe or little ginger scenarios, but those where there's clear daylight!
A bit harsh on red heads methinks!

I love it still tbh. The only song that gets the majority of the crowd singing along. Needs to be kept going strong for when Rick Parry hands over that trophy at Wembley.
Was pleased to hear that Trevor Birch was at the match on Saturday so he got a good few renditions of it!

Currently enjoying You Don't know Me, a four part British mini series on Netflix about a man on a murder charge in court and how it all transpired. Only on episode 2 but finding it quite gripping.

Have you (successfully) tried that?
I'd have thought if your allotted slot (having logged in) doesn't start until 10am Friday, you won't be able to "pick" (add to basket?) a seat before then?
Whenever I've had a play with it before, it's told me I'm not yet eligible to purchase tickets?
I tried a couple of months ago, just as an experiment. I'm not an away member, and tried it about 20mins before a general sale? Might have been the Liverpool game? Was obviously logged in, so they know your eligibility straight away.Be interesting to know whether you can "Add to basket" a few minutes before the alloted time.
?♂️?
I found you can select seats any time but cannot put them in basket until your eligible. Problem is, my mate logged on his account and selected the same seats at the same time, so theoretically, several people could have the same seats selected and whoever gets them in the basket first would get them.

I can see why people get frustrated when they're having to assign multiple owners to multiple seats now.
You'd have thought that logging into your account it would assume that a single ticket purchase was going to be for yourself, but I still had to search for myself before I could assign it to me - when time is of the essence it's a delay you don't need!

Pick 2 at 9.55 then wait for 10am
It wouldnt let me do that, every time i refreshed it took the tickets away again.

Yeah it was mad, kept clicking on them and being told seat was unavailable. Other people obviously clicking on the same seats at a fraction of a second before
I went for an end block in the end as the others were disappearing in front of my eyes!

Must be a different version in Notts schools 😁
Hitler has only got one ball,
Göring has two but very small,
Himmler is rather sim'lar,
But poor old Goebbels has no balls at all.
