This situation is just completely maddening, it’s the first thing I think about, it’s the last thing I think about, and it’s there the whole time in between for good measure. I’m sure I’m only one of many people feeling this way.
I saw this tweet and thought it was interesting and a good idea.
I’ve looked myself on street view, there’s actually 2 billboards (if they’re still there) and they both face EFL House one says ‘ClearChannel’ one says ‘primesight’.
I think tomorrow one thing we could do is look to find out how much it would cost to advertise on them both and crowdfund it? Make it crystal clear we’re not going away quietly and they can’t ignore us as it’s right in front of them.

Until it is proven that DCFC owe Boro and Wycombe money, they are NOT creditors. The decision has not yet been reached, so if the case is ever presided over in a tribunal or civil court, it is a future event.

The good news with Wycombe is, given the masterful grasp of dates and times that Couhig has shown in his interviews and press statements, the odds of him actually turning up to any meetings on the right day are basically zero.

FYI, Bamford has now been hyphenated. It's now Gibson-Bamford!

I'd now back a public statement saying the club will take them to court with the expectation of either defeating the claims in full or, if we lose, going into liquidation with us having no intention of paying a penny. Up the ante.
Then we'll see Gibson and co. for what they really are. They'd have to take us to court knowing they'll either win and liquidate us (something he claims he doesn't want to do) or lose and get nothing.
Play it out in the media.

I will be sickened to the back teeth if Quantuma decide to go for arbitration or mediation. It has to be Court and only Court

My understanding of what Q were saying on sunday was that they asked EFL to explain why they thought they couldnt use insolvecncy legislation and hadn't had a reply. The EFL statement suggest they may have now replied.. not that I believe anything the EFL ever say.

Exactly. EFL’s out of date rules can’t possibly trump insolvency law.

I think they intended to use the law of the land.

1. The EFL have announced tonight that Middlesbrough and Wycombe are football creditors.
2. The EFL have announced that their rules override UK insolvency laws CIGA 2020.
3. The EFL have suggested Quantuma take this to High Court, but don’t say if EFL rules will override the High court decision ( probably will )
4. The EFL are putting two vexatious claims above the survival of a founder member of the football league.
5. The EFL have no grasp of the mechanics of our administration in relation to the stadium ownership and secured loans with MSD.

They are both “claims” not debts. We haven’t been tried or tested and therefore the EFL need to behave accordingly. They cannot be the judge, jury and executioner. It’s about time the EFL were taken to task by either professionals or an organisation with financial and legal qualifications.
Lets take this all the way to court and then when they’ve all finished pissing themselves at the ridiculous manner of this obvious vendetta and the attempts behind these spurious claims. We then sue the bar stewards right back for restrictive practices and falling foul of anti competition law.
The EFL should be disbanded end by of
