    1. The EFL have announced tonight that Middlesbrough and Wycombe are football creditors.
    2. The EFL have announced that their rules override UK insolvency laws CIGA 2020.
    3. The EFL have suggested Quantuma take this to High Court, but don’t say if EFL rules will override the High court decision ( probably will )
    4. The EFL are putting two vexatious claims above the survival of a founder member of the football league.
    5. The EFL have no grasp of the mechanics of our administration in relation to the stadium ownership and secured loans with MSD.

They are both “claims” not debts. We haven’t been tried or tested and therefore the EFL need to behave accordingly. They cannot be the judge, jury and executioner. It’s about time the EFL were taken to task by either professionals or an organisation with financial and legal qualifications.
Lets take this all the way to court and then when they’ve all finished pissing themselves at the ridiculous manner of this obvious vendetta and the attempts behind these spurious claims. We then sue the bar stewards right back for restrictive practices and falling foul of anti competition law.

The EFL should be disbanded end by of

This just gets worse when you think it can't!!!
So basically they are creditors ...I'd now like Leeds and several other clubs to come forward and say they have a claim then as we beat Leeds in semi of play offs ....then we counter act it with claims against Villa, QPR Bournemouth etc
Just turn it into a massive bigger mess than it already is.....
I've said this before but I would send a statement out saying DCFC are not going to give 1 penny to the parasites of football until it has been heard in court of law and if we lose I'd liquidate the club
The EFL yet again proving they are not worth negotiating with as it will never be on a level playing field and the  insolvency LAW is being totally disregarded by a tinpot football league so called governing body.....
I might be on my own here but i hope it turns on parasite Gibson ay Boro away...every chant should be aimed at him....he's a total disgrace to the game of football...yes! the game ...something that we all love but has become secondary to us over the last two years ....the game was not meant to be run like this with lawyers and court hearings and arbitration...when i grew up falling in love with the game it was all about Football......the EFL are an utter disgrace and not worth dealing with ...we need to much higher than them and could do with Morriss helping us by letting the ground go for nothing to the PB....................
I don't think I've ever felt as angry as i do at the moment ?

So why didn't the EFL state this ducking 6 months a go?
Then we could have gone to court months a go and the takeover could be going through.
But no, they wait until a few days after the transfer window shuts to state their position.
    No vendetta my arse.

So presumably the High Court is the only option then. If Quantuma have had legal advice that they aren’t creditors, then they legally can’t pay them anything without risking legal action from the other creditors etc. No amount of arbitration will change that. So we need a higher authority to make a decision.

Exactly. EFL’s out of date rules can’t possibly trump insolvency law.

I found that a very depressing read. So Wycombe and Boro are stakeholders because they have put in a spurious claim? Administrators need to take this to high court immediately. We also need to be seeking damages in my opinion. Parasites.

Fine take it to the high court and get it resolved. The EFL have made their position quite clear in that statemement and cannot be trusted to be impartial in this matter.
Get the claims thrown out and then counter sue.
In the unlikely event that the courts find against us i'd rather we just liquidate the club and pay the parasites nothing.

**** arbitration, they’ve just given us permission to take it to the High Court. Good luck to Pube-head and Lionel Hutz proving their cases.

Can we just sue the efl for not letting us move forward, boro and ww should not get a penny or as been said before we should be able to sue the efl, for not keeping villa, Bournemouth,  qpr within the ffp rules and sue the clubs as well.  I'm sorry but the efl has to be disbanded right now and have the police look into there (allegedly) fraudulent ways ??

    Agreed.
Not entirely sure how Gibson/Couhig can claim to know what the hold up is at our end, they will not be party to the discussions Quantuma have had with HMRC and Mel.
Now we have a bidder squarely placing the blame onto the claims from Boro and Wycombe, it’s difficult to see how the EFL can also continue to hide behind other issues the club must deal with.
It’s been blatantly obvious for weeks now, regardless of what those 3 are trying to push out there in the media.

    It's simple, really.
We have a management team that want to fight for our future, we have the DCFC staff who want to fight for our future, we have players that want to fight for our future and we, the fans, ARE our future.
We are all powerless pawns while the kings, queen's, and bishops on both sides strutt around outside us dictating the game.
It feels bloody horrible, so the very least we can do is show solidarity with those who care like we do.
The rest of em, they can duck right off!

Why? Theres no precedent for it. A football creditor would normally be down to being owed money through ordinary football matters, transfer fees etc.
Without the claim being judged on its merits as a viable claim and compensation awarded accordingly, I really cant see how it can even be considered as to whether it then becomes a football creditor situation.

You can't be designated creditor status based on the probability of something happening in the future. It's ludicrous and only the EFL could preside over such a shambolic state of affairs.
