I have mentioned how do we have a middleboro man on the panel judging us via the EFL AND WHY ARE WE BEING PUNISHED AND NOT the EFL who should have punished Derby in the correct year .

Agreed this is an absolute disgrace . 
The EFL combined with Middlesboro and Wycombe and middlesboro have someone sitting on the efl panel are coming together to sink Derby . 
The fact that boro and wycombe believe they have a case ( i can see their point ) but its not against Derby its against the EFL who didnt deal with Derby in the appropriate year . Their case is with and against the EFL not Derby as a club . 
Surely someone on the Derby side has to go to the high court with this it cant be left to be judged by the efl who have their own self interests in this . One they are not going to admit that they themselves have done wrong and they have an interested party on their panel . 
Its unbelievable and all the press seem to want to print is shock horror Derby , Rooney blah blah , when they should be concentrating on the real story here its totally and utterly shocking . 

Isn´t time to see if the EFL HQ can hold 33,597 angry Rams ?....

To be fair how many times have we been here . 
1. We have had a chairman gift one of the finest managers in england to that heap down the road just because he was slightly embaressed he couldnt control him . 
2. We have had Capt bob  either jump of a boat or pushed off a boat while stopping the investment as we were on the verge of doing something great .
3. Only us can qualify for europe for the first time in years that english clubs were banned . 
4. Have the record for the lowest league points in prem history . 
The list keeps on growing longer , how you just become and aston villa or an everton and never do anything in the top leagues but somehow get to stay in it and watch decent football all the time makes my mind blow a fuse . When you think of what we have at our desposal in the ground the fans and the history it just beggars belief . 
And the hits just keep on coming .

There actually could be a grain of truth in this and you never know i myself have thought the same thing . What if he really wants to rub salt in the wounds of newcastle fans . 

To be fair i think most ideally would sooner have someone else than Ashley but beggars cant be choosers . You know with Ashley if he does take us over and if we do go down he will invest within limits for players to get us out and run it like clockwork .He wants us back in the prem via investment to make a profit on us , its as simple as that to him and i for one am happy with that . 
But if you ask me about how he runs sports direct etc etc , i think that has been well covered by our own government and i also have the privelige of living near polishtown errrrrr i mean shirebrook , where the main warehouse is . The man not only looks like a bully i would hazard a guess he is one . But im happy with him taking over to take us to the prem and then hopefully sell us , that wil ldo for me . But yes i wish it was someone else .

Honestly do not understand those who can’t see the positives in this. 
 
Before this news, we had Appleby as only bidder, his offer rumoured not to be enough which made the prospect of a long protracted painful restructuring plan most likely and starting next season on -15 points. This bid takes that all off the table and also gives us the stability we need to keep as much of the squad together as possible and ensures we don’t sell prize assets for peanuts! Forest can duck off now they ain’t getting Buchanan unless they pay top dollar!!!
The potential delay with him being so late in the process is irrelevant (although looks like he’s moving quickly), due to embargo restrictions around admin we’re limited as to what we can do anyway, priority is to try and keep this group together and extend likes of Buchanan etc.
Also, if Appleby has serious backers he may come back for another bid. This can only be good news.
As for all the Geordie fans on Twitter (apart from the few who actually talk sense and say this is a good thing) Newcastle is a completely different situation to Derby. They’d just been in Champions League but that was all done with heavy spending from rich owners who were Geordie fans living the dream, not sustainable and saddled with debt when he took them over. Most Geordies were blissfully ignorant of the mess they were in. We’re at Rock Bottom, need saving, Ashley is perfect for us right now, there will come a time whether in the championship or premier league where we want more ambition but we’re miles away from that right now. 
 

This is all getting a tad silly now .
I use to like the sound of the admins jib but im afraid to say i dont anymore .How many times have we heard the word imminent , i think the dictionary needs changing to what that word actually means .
We have had Kirchner pull out although i think he was trying to talk himself into ownership with a halfwit bid .
But now we have Appleby and co announcing basically its not them . 
Isnt it time for the admins to come out and make it clear to fans what the exact nature of the holdup is . Come on RADIO Derby do you job and push on this .........its all getting very worrying now .

I don't understand why Mel won't write off some of the debts himself? afterall he is local man, who can afford to and the reason why we are in this mess.

Whats holding this all up is the claims by Middlesbrough and wycombe and i dont see how thay can be settled until court . It isnt right should they win the new owners foot the bill . This if fair should be paid by mel but we all know the claims are pathetic and being used to delay the takeover and send us down . I dont see how they can settle this early and announce a preferred bidder .

Ive thought for several years that our players lacked desire and workrate for the championship, and that any team who really apply these two basic requirements, and then add a little experience and quality, would do well in this league. Wayne has done this to a tee and he is clearly a great motivator and reasonable tactician. People underrate his football knowledge because all they hear is a working class Scouse lad. But, when it comes to football, Wayne truly understands "the game".

I feel increasingly uncomfortable with this whole process of administration because it feels like  the usual players are still trying to manipulate events to their advantage. 
We all think Mel Morris has walked away, leaving us in this mess, but I think he is still involved behind the scenes and trying to get the outcome he wants. Whether that is an outcome that is best for Mel Morris or best for Derby County FC remains to be seen. They could be the same thing.
But, we have administrators appointed by him, two previous owners, the most recent CEO all very active and involved in this ongoing process.
Kirchner offered something different,  a fresh start without the decades of club politics. Whether he could have delivered on it, I don't know.
But I know I am weary of the same faces who have not been good for our club in the past, still hovering around the honeypot. I worry that Appleby has been talked about for over two years but has still failed to produce a bid that could have prevented administration in the first place or made an early exit a possibility; that Gadsby is a safe pair of hands who really doesn't have the financial clout or the ambition to rebuild the club; that the administrators are busy being administrators rather than actually working for a better solution.
Meanwhile we as fans have more uncertainty and no say in proceedings. We have to fight to change that in future or this won't be the last time we find ourselves in this situation. 
 

The problem with Will Hughes is Derby fans have ALWAYS over rated him . I have sat and watched him loads , he doesnt score enough goals and his biggest problem is he is the maestro of the sideways safe pass nearly 95% of his time . Vastly and i mean vastly over rated by our own fans .

Cant believe this is still going on .
Keogh is Damn Captain that alone made him have EXTRA responsabilities ,should be sacked was sacked the fact he has won compo is unbelievable and down to Mel mistake of keeping the others .
Lawrence  Should have been sacked for god sake he RAN OFF leaving someone in a car that could have caught fire .
Bennett      Same as above 
Mel - Shocking handling of not sacking them all and has lead to Keogh winning his compo by keeping the younger 2 players . Mel was totally right to sack Keogh but he should have sacked them all . 
The whole sorry mess is still a mess and Keogh deserves NOTHING today in the sound of applause .
