I don't agree. It isn't just the results that have been dire, it's the performances as well. We are solid at the back now, which we weren't first two home games. But still woeful going forward the final ball is not good enough. and that isn't a new problem is it, it was the same last season. There is a common factor here.

Sums it up. Can't disagree with any of that. I brought a book with me, read some at half time. I was tempted to open it again in the second half.

Our crossing was abysmal all game. He had Wilson and Sibley he could have brought on if he wanted more width. Sorry if that is what Warne said he doesn’t seem  to have a clue. 

I may be a glutton for punishment but how come only 3mins added time. I thought rules had change. We could have played all week and not put in decent cross though.

My wife passed away at the end of January from a very rare blood cancer. I cant describe the pain and heartache i feel every single day, and the massive void she has left in our lives will never be filled. I can understand exactly how you must be feeling at this moment, i too have been there,  so  make sure you tap into the help and support available to you from friends, family and those at DCFC. There are no words for the pain. No map out of the dark. You just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and by tiny degrees it eases. The gaps between episodes of despair get fractionally wider.
In my experience, masses of support from all around are 10% of the battle. 90% is having a reason to carry on. I had two teenagers. I suspect football may be vital for Josh in that regard.

The point being that if anyone is absent from work the most likely explanation is some health or other personal issue. You suggest it would have been better to explain the issue to stop people saying stupid stuff. But personal issues are just that, no one’s business but theirs. If someone is taking time out they just want a break from everything and not worrying about having to explain things to every douchebag on twitter.

Sorry to hear he’s suffering with mental health, Sally Pepper was off work recently with the same illness too I think.  Hope they’re both on the mend.
