How can a club be so awful that their only tactic seems to be to waste time so they are less likely to lose?
We're helping them with one up and no actual attacking midfielder.

That was a penalty

Get the neckbrace and oxygen on. We've started.

Good subs
Bradley and Wilson, Ward and Barkhuizen on . Not convinced . Just going to get messy. Perhaps a striker ?

Who in midfield is pushing up here. Birds job now ? Wilson not doing enough. Need more width to spread the play.

Forsyth has been cack. Jesus

Sibley was harsh for me. Hourihane as well. He was committed with a player not in control and sliding in sideways.
Sibley off now. That's a mistake and one pushed pushed by that booking.

I agree she seems to be lenient on them, I genuinely think 3 of our 5 bookings are more than deserved and understand why according the rules of the game (kicking the ball away for Sibley and handbags for Collins) she’s booked them 2.
If we don’t win this it’s our fault, not the refs, we don’t look at it and have been ill disciplined all half. They are there to be beaten, a couple of changes with more composure and we still win this one.Sibley was harsh for me. Hourihane as well. He was committed with a player not in control and sliding in sideways.

This ref has done a couple of our games before and been excellent. In truth, there’s only the Sibley one that I’d argue she could have dealt with differently, had a word with him instead. NML and Hourihane both lunged in after sloppy touches and could arguably have seen red, Bird pulled their player back as they were countering which is one we see in matches every week, the Collins one there was a bit of aggro between both players and she’s booked them to stamp it out. It’s our ill discipline that is giving the ref decisions to make.
Wycombe should have 2 more yellows at least based on her s*** show. The one on Collins that wasn't was ridiculous. She's been dreadful.

This ref needs to get in the bin . Fookin woeful. A midfield and attack who daren't challenge for a ball now . Lose this it's on her. Absolute horrendous.

Good post.
I don't know much about the first two players you mentioned but I really like the look of Dan Crowley, although doubt Notts County would entertain losing him in January.
I still think Johnson Clarke-Harris would be worth a two year deal. Far more of a handful than anything we currently have and could make a big difference. It could be argued he doesn't work as hard as our current forwards, plus has history with PW, so doubt this would happen. Would Peterborough allow him to come to a promotion rival, so he'll probably go to Bristol Rovers.
Cheers

Talented if the mood takes but more clubs than a 100 year old golfer. He's seemed to slip further down the ladder as the years go by.

Saw the last 25 minutes and they seemed to play ok, albeit rather rushed and they couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo.. Were they poor before that against 11 ?.

Quite possibly the worst referee I've seen in 45 years of following the Rams has been appointed to take charge of his first PL match later this month (yes, even worse than Atwell which I didn't believe was possible).
Sam Allison was the idiot who was in charge when we lost at home to Port Vale last season - the guy doing VAR is going to be busy.
I'm not really sure how it can happen. I'd expect him to be ref in Division 5 Taverns league by now. He had some stiff opposition last year mind but he was the worst. Shrewsbury was a bad one, as were the away refs at Wednesday and Bristol.

Not expecting an amazing window it appears. Tony Springett the return it is.

We have a one year option on Cashin which helps.. I have no doubt if it's 3 million now or 1.5 in the summer however, he'll be off.

From what I see in reports, he cost them around £1.5m, Wycombe said it was a club record sale at the time. Have we got that sort of money as they surely wouldn't want to take a bit hit on him?
We'll have it if we sell Cashin and Bird. A lot of his fee also included add ons which we may have to take up. A loan would do though for 5 months. Perhaps have a look at Reading as well. Wing has always done well against us and would have been a good free in the summer. A nominal fee may be enough with there s*** show at the minute

Think so much will depend on squad depth as injuries, suspensions and fatigue take their toll.
Warne knows we need reinforcements in January and for me, we need 3 new players.
My fear is that Cashin and Bird leave which would mean 5 new players needed. To bring in 5 quality players in a notoriously difficult window would be some achievement. Planning seems to have been ongoing for some time so hopefully we can do it.
I think we have 11 players out of contract next summer and 2 more in January. Not so much of a problem if we go up as we'll need to upgrade in the squad . Quite a problem if we don't as a whole scale at League 1 when your going into year 3 would be tricky.
