Come away from the ground bursting with pride. Son came all the way from Reading with a few mates, he’s staying over a night so we can have a beer and boy will we celebrate and toast Wayne Rooney.
Rooney is the best thing for us right now, he’s pulling us together and everyone is going the extra mile. So ducking proud we are fighting and not going down with a whimper feeling sorry for ourselves.
Up the Rams ?

I can confirm, the area is now bathed in glorious sunshine!
No more than a paltry 5% chance of perc... precipti... prepc... rain forecast for the remainder of the afternoon/evening. 
At a "Feels Like" of 9 deg C at kick off, it is positively shirt sleeve weather!*
Leave your jumpers for goalposts.  Order yourself a nice tall iced Bovril Latte.  Slip on those oh so comfy open-toed sandals (Be proud of only having five toes per foot!).  Wear the black, the white, those disgusting blues, the purples, the pinks (Yes... YOU!)... hey, wear whatever shirt you like, as long as it is Ram flavoured!
It's gonna be one hell of an evening, and we can all be a part of it, like one big happy Ramily. (Did you see what I did there?  I just made that up!  Hope it covers more ground than my "Shrambles" did.  That never caught on, now did it!  Grr!)

What exactly would convince you that Rooney is genuine ....maybe you’d be happier if he walked away?... would that please you.? No ....just give you something else to gripe about ......Rooney could just walk and I for one would be gutted ....and I was criticising him not long ago...but when we need stability as the foundations seem to have taken a serious knock...wouldn’t you say? He’s still here and says he’s going nowhere and I for one applaud him ...get of his back mr cynical and see that what he’s doing is credible .....as he said he could go on holidays etc but he cares about the players and staff here ...so give yourself a break from moaning and get behind him ...if you dare be positive

Cocu already agreed to a lower payment than was owed to him. Sorry B4 i know how much this club means to you but why should people who are owed money agree to a delay. All MM has to do is stump up some cash,if he can't do that why should others want to help out.

It’s a bloody crying shame. I really don’t think Rooney deserves this on top of everything else he’s had to deal with. 
Thankfully, it won’t be a shock to him, he was as aware as us it was coming and he was quite philosophical and composed about it. 
I just think the bloke deserves a break.

"Rooney is said to have been an impressive figurehead in the crisis to date. In the wake of the “admin bomb”, as one player put it, the manager was aiming to deliver updates to his squad on Tuesday ahead of a weekend trip to Sheffield United. The expectation from within the dressing room is that Rooney intends to ride out the storm.

“This doesn’t change anything with him,” says one well-placed source. “He said to the lads ahead of the Stoke game that he wasn’t going to leave them in the trenches. He said he’ll fight with them and stand up for them. He said he could’ve walked weeks ago but this is very important to him.”

Seems like a timely reminder that there is a donate button at the bottom of the page. We all enjoy the forum and it will be a lifeline over the coming weeks and months, so could all make a small contribution to keeping it going.

The news broke as I was sat in the pub with my fiancé, going over wedding plans believe it or not.
Felt like a punch to the gut on so many levels. I've almost become immune now to tabloid stories on possible point deductions, however wasn't prepared for administration. 
I changed the ads on my phone, understanding that administrators would have us down with the milkman at the bottom of the priority list, that's just how it is.
There is a contract in place for the adverts with a notice period which has not been triggered by either side, however I presume the process would allow for immediate termination and have no doubts this will happen.
I have had a great relationship with a number of people at the club, people that will now be in fear of their jobs.
I'm not going to pressurise them for any kind of clarity as I'm sure they will be just as much in the dark as we have been.
Said it on many occasions, no adverts = no forum, it's been great to show you all relevant ads for RamsTV, megastore, tickets etc. 
Maybe it's something that once the administration process is over can resume, I just don't know right now.

Start the season when Rooney took over and we had a decent season also, unlike his predecessors, Rooney hasn't been able to spend 1 penny in transfer fees. I can't think of many people who would have been able to attract the likes of Davies, Stearman, Jagielka and Morrison to Derby on the wage restrictions that we are currently under.
