Not rubbish - but I think the ad is a bit naughty. Bit like being captivated by the look of the iphone 11 and then finding you've bought the iphone 9. It'll work, but as others have said, the tech has moved on (and continues to do so at a pace).

But I went with Phil from behind the Black Horse in Somercotes because he used to send his nephew on a bmx to make the trades. It all seemed so well set up at the time. We didn't have apps. Bloody Phil. Thinking back, I'm not even sure he was even a real medical practitioner.

The first two things I do in the morning. Check my emails/whatsapp, make a coffee. I look forward to the coffee more. Although the internet has improved my morning poo. But then so has the coffee. I like to take a cup up.

This is my own take on a traditional Peruvian Steak Paella. The rice, which I import directly from Lima has been marinating all weekend in a blend of spices, the details of which I will take to my grave.
