@Millenniumram? Genius?
I can only hope that 'genius' means something else in French!

Strange you’d mention it, we’ve had a couple of double yolk eggs as well! Must be something up with the chickens through all this, maybe there’s a farmer on here who knows the reason behind it ?
FWIW, if the Probability of a double yolk is 1/1000, then the probability of 7 in a row would be (1/1000)^7, assuming the probability is independent each time. So yeah, just the big number times 1000 again. A likelihood about as small as our promotion chances this year?

Quick google to check chances of getting a double yolk 1 in a 1000. 6 in a row it said a quintillion, more google, that is
1 in 1000000000000000000 (18 zeros) but we have had 7 in a row so bigger than that then. Need a math genius ( @Millenniumram ?) to work out 7 in row or is it just that big number times 1000 ?
There is also one last egg left in the box, i ll try it tomorrow.

Be a fair bit of recursion and conditional logic needed for that program. Its easy to describe mathematically (and linguistically) but I wouldn't fancy trying to code it - not efficiently anyway.
I only use noddy programming languages like R and Octave these days.

You’re younger than me, you have no excuse for liking this tripe.
I can accept it from the generation that were around at the time of the original release, nostalgia and all that, but anyone else, no pass for that.
So many great films around these days to enjoy

I'm definitely losing it. I keep wanting to duplicate threads and then stick them in the wrong sections of the forum ?

Be disappointing for Chelsea not to be closer to the title. But with the transfer embargo, and how unreal the scousers have been, I think they have to accept that top 4 is a decent effort this season. Whether they’ll hang in there is a different proposition mind.

A warning to all, be careful about drink driving as we are getting close to Christmas. Quite rightly Police are out checking on people. ?♂️
Last night I went out for a few drinks. Cocktails then wine. (Not a good idea)
However, knowing I was over the limit, I took the bus back home.
We passed a police checkpoint and I could see they were pulling over drivers giving them breath tests. They waved the bus past.
I arrived home safely and without incident, which was a surprise as I've never driven a bus before and I’m not even sure where I got it from.

Millenniumram reacted to MaltRam in Depression, anxiety, stress and other related issues
I've had some issues and posted a little about my late wife's cancer, ultimately being bereaved, the struggles I had to cope as a single dad of bereaved children and how it nearly finally broke me and how hard it hit me when my dog got sick this summer.
I thought I'd just share that I met a lovely widowed lady my age a couple of months ago, and she makes me happy. I make her happy. We're a couple now. Things can and do get better, no matter what life throws at you, you can smile again. Hang in there people.

Could barely bring myself to ride a horse in the epilogue... that final horse riding cutscene of the main game rather tugged on the heartstrings!?
