I have emailed the sports minister and the football governance review body and my local MP, in case Crouchy won’t deal with my email as I’m not a constituent.
I think all Rams fans should do the same, as the EFL is out of control and not showing any fairness in its approach.

I would ask you urgently to intervene in the witch-hunt being undertaken by the EFL towards my football club, Derby County. 
Having been fined £100 000 yesterday and warned re future accounting practices, following investigation by an independent panel ( for the second time), the EFL continue to press for a points deduction, with an unprecedented aim to relegate the club after the season has finished.
What is the point of an independent panel if its decision is not respected by the regulator ?
I feel the EFL is out of control, is being heavily influenced by third parties and is therefore not acting in a fair and unbiased way.
The EFL needs to be warned by the government about its behaviour towards its member clubs. Currently its approach is verging on bullying and I suspect it will end in the High Court, with the destruction of a founder member of the football league and hundreds of associated redundancies.

I dont watch women's football so really dont know who she is. Tried to but found it poor. But i watched the game and saw nothing different from Jozwiak that i hadnt seen all season.

Ignorant? I know she has won a number of trophies in the last few years, but I reckon my Mrs could win stuff with Chelsea Women. They are awash with cash to attract the best players.
Sexist? Possibly borderline, but I am full-on realist.  I reckon if I am lucky, very lucky, I might have 25 years left above ground, If there is a women managing a Premier League club in that time span I will eat the Queen's Hat Collection.
As for Jozwiak. Meh. Might come good this season, but he needs to significantly improve his decision making, and work harder on connecting with the ball properly when shooting/crossing. I think he must put too much polish on his boots. Cheap Polish polish probably.

In terms of goals and assists hes well down the the list. Be hard to find someone whos contributed less. Trying to think of one.

Jozwiak is awful. Technique is shocking. Im not even convinced he can strike a ball properly. Ive yet to see him have any composure that tells me theres a player there. Runs around alot...thats about it. "hes needs good players around him"...what a load of tosh. Good job he didnt try and score v Sheff Weds or we would be League 1 now. 

Thought Joz had a mixed game, put some great crosses, moved the ball well, but also lost the ball or gave it away in dangerous positions a few times. 
I understand what @DazzaRam is saying about Jozwiak's technique, it doesn't seem like he strikes the ball cleanly, reminds of Dirk Kuyt.
