  1. curious on Colin Murray’s show they hinted that Morris could help by putting the stadium into administration, a similar situation happened at Portsmouth apparently.

Also Morris could go from bad guy to slightly better guy by offering to underwrite the claims by Boro and Wycombe. That way a new owner would not have the problem hanging over them

    Hey, old man!

Are you actually bouncing, or do you just need to keep getting up to check you haven't soiled yersen?

    Yours sincerely,
    a non-offensive but rather cheeky young 58 year old!  ? ?

LOL ? to be fair it could be a bit of both.. my knees do struggle with the bounce sometimes

The club is now, I think at a watershed moment. We have had a fan base that still has been traditionally and understandably made up from a lot of young guys from the late 60s through the seventies. A lot of those are now getting on and have long lost the recklessness of youth. Covid has had a big impact on this age group. The club now has a chance, assuming a buyer is found, to start to attract a new younger fan base. Hopefully the spirit, determination and skill shown by our current team of unlikely potential heros can inspire a new generation of fans. The fact we are still getting gates of 20,000 is, in my opinion, an excellent base going forward. UTR

It’s nice to know that now I’m 60 and been following my club since 1967, and still bounce with the youngsters in the south stand, that I’m not wanted anymore because I’m getting on a bit, and COVID should have finished me off by now.

They are never happy - they are stable but obviously they can’t compete with the money from Man City United chelsea Liverpool etc

obviously if their potential new owners take over it will push the noses out of a few premiership clubs so the premiership may well want that not to happen.

Ashley owning and investing in Derby county may well be the exact thing we need right now

It’s quite scary to be honest. The NUFC fans have never liked him. But he did get them back up to the PL by selling players at a good price and bringing in cheaper versions which kept them within FFP I believe.

I might be wrong of course. It would be interesting to know who the group of Americans are, who were reported to be looking around the club last weekend

  5. I  tend to think all this has been created by transport companies across the country. Many obstacles have been put in place for regular drivers to cause this. They want the government to allow them to bring back drivers from the EU on a cheaper wage as it saves them money and keeps shareholders happy

Any Rams follower who lived through Cloughie and Taylor leaving in 1973 is certain of two things:-

    1) Thiings are never as dark as they seem and

    2) DCFC have an amazing resilience and capacity to bounce back.

NB. A follower supports the team in fair and foul weather. It means more than being a mere fan!

COYR…. Only -2 points with 38 games to go!

Yep agree  I was there in the mid 60's and this is the worst I have ever known. It's so cruel on the fans and the club. Owners should be held to account at all times. But we will bounce back
