I try to be quite a calm person, but today is not a good day so far
-
I can understand why Mr Kirchner hasn’t said anything today. There are a lot of very stressed Derby fans on twitter who just aren’t leaving him alone.
Plus it was a bank holiday around Europe yesterday and we have no idea if any of the 24 attorneys involved are having to moving money to European banks. People really need to calm down.
I dread to think how many have sent him an abusive DM on twitter. Hopefully he will call some of them out like he did last time

How many English clubs do not own the stadium they play in, or even the land it sits on?
I can start with 3. Man City and West Ham lease the stadiums. Plus I believe the council own the land the City Ground is built on

So who has just googled Kircher Autosport? How many things is this man involved in. Imagine have the Derby Ram on the side of an Andretti car in the Indy 500 -

But why Leicester or Stoke? Surely given that scenario it would make more sense to share with Notts County? Lovely little ground with a capacity of around 20,000 perfect for League One and only 20 minutes away.
It would be very difficult to play at Notts. They already have to juggle dates so they don’t clash with Forest home games. To throw another team into the mix would be a disaster

Or buy a Greek club and sell the player to them and book a terrific profit instead of a write off each year of their contract, has this been thought of by any other East Midlands club?
Or sell/buy your ground and convert over £100m of debt to shares, like another midlands club has recently done.

A bit of a non story really. Whose to say he won’t join us in League 1

Interesting interview with Garry Cook from back in January if anyone wants it.
Talks about Derby for the last 6 mins or so.
I still can't someone with Cook's career and reputation working with Kirchner if the guy wasn't serious.
The last 6 minutes are a fascinating listen. Mr Cooke is very complimentary about the job Wayne Rooney is doing, and how he would love to be involved in something different again

He has already spent a lot of time answering some stupid questions from Andy Derbyshire.. more than I would have bothered with.
he doesn’t want his social media cluttered up with disaffected Preston North End fans responding to misinformation they have read in the daily Mail.
Who is this Andy Derbyshire chap on twitter? He is constantly digging up stuff from unknown sources. He certainly stirred up CK over the weekend

Wigan seem to be doing very well with a new owner in place. Fingers crossed this will be us in 12 months

I’ve been saying for some time now a new owner might decide the best option is to build a new stadium somewhere in the county. The problem with that is it could well cost an awful lot of money to do so.

Did anyone listen to Radio Derby last night. I must admit, I found Ed Dawes a little annoying. He contradicted himself in about 30 seconds firstly saying he’s tried to get hold of Quantuma but hasn’t had a reply then immediately said they won’t say anything until the EFL have signed it off. Pretty much answered his own question!!
They had Gerald Krasner on who’s dealt with a few football club administrations, inc Wigan. He said all of this is pretty normal when it comes to football. Also mentioned that even though bids are in, bidders will still be trying to do deals for the lowest possible outlay. He did say that based on what he knows and the size of debt -15 next season is pretty much inevitable.
Yes it was a very interesting listen. He suggested the administrators should take whatever comes in to get the issue resolved. Hinting that the Binnie offer shouldn’t have been turned down

So who would pay £22million for a 32,000 seater stadium that is only used say 26 times a season for football. Would it not be better to try and negotiate a 99 year lease with the current owner?

The George Clooney effect is already working. We’ve just been a question on Ant and Decs Saturday Night Takeaway in “Win The Ads”
“Which Hollywood actor wants to buy Derby County?” George Clooney of Course.
The Rams are massive

Where has the talk of Morris being part of a group trying to buy the club come from. ???
it’s all over twitter so it must be right.
I personally think we will see Andy Appleby back at the helm of the club he loved. With someone behind him, possibly Dell. They are connected to MSD, but MSD could be restricted as they already put money into Burnley I believe.
The other option is the Binnie family have come back with a bigger offer.
only time will tell of course
