Richard Dastard Lee reacted to Gritstone Ram in The Administration Thread
With the liquidation threat Middle Borough could be backing themselves into a corner or they may look to delay until the end of the season depending on their result against us on 12 February. If they win us at football they could stand to lose 4 points if we don’t finish the season. If they lose and they force the liquidation other clubs around the play offs lose points then they could start being pursued by them due to their action preventing a take over and forcing our end.

Knowing our luck, that's an unfortunate typo and the the Middlesbrough branch of Starbucks will be three staff short that week?

Perhaps the original question would be better asked by Margaret Becket, I doubt that she would be satisfied with such a reply.
We need and deserve to have a full understanding of the process and organisation of the Arbitration.
We want to ensure that the EFL conduct the process fairly and we can only do this if we, and the public a a whole, know what’s supposed to happen, before it happens.

Birmingham fans are a vile bunch. Absolutely grim bunch of people. I actually thought it was going to be a collective “duck the efl” and the dodgy owners of both clubs but no. Should have guessed that they’d be chanting about Derby dying. They got what they deserved in the end and I couldn’t be happier about it.

Left Bonn (Germany) at 11:30 last night. Train from there to Frankfurt, flight from Frankfurt to Stansted, three trains later and just about to get through the door.
If you could all keep the noise down tomorrow, that would be much appreciated, as I'll be pretty tired. Cheers.

I don't know if it's because I was younger 1984 when Stuart Webb managed to save the club at the very last minute at the High Court or, perhaps because there was no social media and just Radio Derby, but it never entered my mind then that we could go out of business.
This time however it seems to be more worrying.
No set of fans should go through this twice in a lifetime.

Think the top line is "the administrators (something) that the uncertainty on the legal claim..."
Don't know if there's a line above that probably not.
The paragraph that made me so angry was this one:
“There was also agreement that the administrator is not yet in a position to name a ‘preferred bidder.’ It is the view of the EFL that until they are able to commence discussions with a specific identified preferred bidder it will be difficult to address the issues that remain that prevent exit from administration.”
How very dare the ducking EFL appear to accuse the Administrator of delaying naming a PB by just blithely suggesting the two claims aren't much really!!!

Richard Dastard Lee reacted to LeedsCityRam in Wayne Rooney
The man is just class. I can't think of anyone who would have turned down an interview at their boyhood club, a Premiership club, to stay at this total car crash of a football club. It is an unbelievable decision, it defies logic but it proves that he was telling the truth when he said he wanted to restore pride to this club.
Whilst Rooney deserves every single platitude coming his way, I think we should all remember loyalty cuts both ways. This club will get back on its feet one day & at that point, expectations will rise. Don't want to see any kneejerk 'we've lost 3 games in a row, he has to go' nonsense - he deserves more leeway than any manager we've ever had. Because at our lowest ebb, he stuck with us & he didn't have to ?
p.s. @RoyMac5 you called it - Chapeau

Idiots recording and uploading videos of the fans singing about partying when Gibson dies onto social media.
Why?
Why can’t they just be normal rather than idiots?
Why do they think it’s useful to start alienating other fans when we need as many friends as possible in the footballing world right now?
That video is losing us sympathy left, right and centre at a time when we need to backing of our fellow football fans. .
We need to flush these weasels out of the club or their loved ones need to ban them from drinking before the football.
And if you’re going to comment to say every club has this sort of fan then don’t bother, tired of making excuses based on the fact other clubs have fans who don’t know right from wrong after a shandy too.
