True but, as I say, technically you could say it’s starting at pretty much every club.
Whoever owns Derby, however it is run, whoever the manager is, whatever tactics are deployed on the pitch, there will always be some that are not happy. I don’t think DC needs to worry about a few comments on social media. A few such comments may look like a groundswell of unrest but, often (IMO) it’s not the case.

Yes absolutely. There does need to be an acknowledgement that the club is still not in a good financial position. A football club such as Derby County has considerable overheads and I imagine the clubs income barely covers the operational costs. 

I still find it hard to fathom that a good number of fans are actively having a pop at our owner.  This is a man who did not want to get involved, but simply had to because he knew what the likely alternative was.  It also pisses me off that folk think he should sell up at the earliest opportunity because he didn't spunk £3m on a striker in the summer.  Only he, along with his accountants, truly know how bad it was when he started his due diligence, so he'll do whatever he can to ensure we don't get in that state again.  If we're moaning at anyone, perhaps we should be moaning at the head of recruitment for not finding the wheat amongst the chaff, in the last transfer window.
As for bringing in, and for the time being, sticking with Warne.  If you had the choice between a novice manager or someone who has 3 promotions from this division, to get you out of it, who are 99% of people going to choose??

Well maybe I’m going to be shouted down for this, but I didn’t think we were terrible. We’re tidy playing through to the edge of the box, but then either hit a powder puff shot or push it out wide for a cross, which is inevitably high and long. 
Two silly goals conceded, with Forsyth falling asleep for the first and Wildsmith not strong enough for the second. 

I think Crewe got away with that one.
We totally dominated the game.
We have a lot to answer for with the shocking defending which allowed them to score twice, and given how easily they caved under real pressure, we very clearly didn't set up the right way to break them down. That's all incredibly disappointing from our side.
But 2-2 overall does flatter Crewe, even accounting for how hard they worked.

Being 4th official is not rushing through. Throwing her into match referee is rushing her through.  4th official is breaking her in gently, giving her the experience of being involved in a big match, large crowds, better standards etc.

She stands out as being the best referee  we have had by a distance. I am pleased to see her progress. To say it is a tick box exercise is strange.
