BathRam72 got a reaction from dcfc the 1 4me in Rate the last film you saw partie deux
I recently commented on how much I enjoyed Green book ( which i did).
Last night I watched Stan and Ollie.
A sad part of their careers to be honest but wow the performances were terrific.
When they run the end credits and you actually see the original you realise just how much effort the actors have put it.
Not for everyone, but I thoroughly enjoyed it

People who force you to interrupt by not being aware that conversation is a two-way process.

Not seen Series 2 yet, but the trailer did leave me to similar thoughts as yours. I'll give it a go when it comes to a channel where I can watch it, but yeah, even the first series was getting a bit beyond the realms of believability
Not watched Afterlife yet, but it's on the list. I always give Gervais a go even though I've hated pretty much everything since Extras.
Russian Doll was erm...interesting - not sure why it got quite so much hype

I enjoyed the first series/season. I got 3 episodes into the second season and gave up. Far too silly for me. How a sheriff can
a. get away with what he does.
b. Be so stupid. Each to their own.
I did however enjoy Afterlife on Netflix. (Again a dark subject handled very well) Each to their own again of course

If I owned a DeLorean, I'd only drive it from time to time.

The point being, even if I did choose to watch it the ending has now been spoiled.
@David, I see some forums and websites have a 'see spoiler' button that has to be clicked to reveal the text. Worth implementing?

Fantastic creatures and where to find them - The crimes of Grindelwald.
What a pile of poo.
Seems to be far too long, degree in concentration to remember who is what and what is going on.
It appears to be over 2 hours worth of setting up the next film.
Unfortunately based on this, I will not be watching it

I have to agree with the historical inaccuracy. Mel Gibson starred in Braveheart as William Wallace who was hung, drawn and Quartered in 1305. The Patriot was set in 1776 - 471 years later. So if he died in 1305 he couldn't possibly be in The Patriot. Total bullsh1t

My last film as well. As you said, great performances all round.
The film was historically inaccurate throughout, especially where the music was concerned. First tour of America and songs sung on stage from 10 years later. but hey I love Queen so could over look that.
