Seth's left foot got a reaction from Derby4Me in Paul Warne appointed as Head Coach
I thought that was a really good interview.
I enjoy listening to him speak and I hope that he has the chance to build something similar to what he did at Rotherham.

I don't think we should be spending a penny on fees whilst stuck in the 3rd Division, personally.
If we're outperforming the agreed business plan, we should be using that money to reduce the owners ongoing spending commitments, not splashing the cash on signings.
It should be perfectly possible to build a promotion capable squad without spending a single penny over and above what we bring in through ticket sales, EFL money, player trading and commercial activities.
Recruitment should really be focused on the summer, thanks to the Bosman ruling we should be an attractive proposition to players entering the last few months of their contract now, that should be our focus.
Even in League One, we're averaging 25k crowds, we shouldn't underestimate the pull we have for players in the pool we're fishing in, most of which haven't played regularly in front of such numbers.
Big crowds, central location, great facilties, and lots of history, and the fact £5k a week goes a bit further in Derby than Charlton, Milton Keynes, Oxford or Cheltenham, makes us a pretty decent destination for a lot of players unsure of their future.

I saw it as he relayed information on Twitter that was shared with him and/or his colleagues during the radio interview. Nothing about the tweet claims exclusivity or that it’s some sort of scoop.

Solid performance but I agree with Warne about the lack of tempo, we allowed them to grow into the game after we opened the scoring.
McGoldrick is too good for the Third Division, I hope that we can keep him.
Sibley was really good, could that be his permanent position?
    Cashin, solid as usual.

Knight has to play in this team regardless of how we’re doing, he showed what he brings to the team once he came on. Swap him for Hourihane v Bolton which will obviously be a tougher game.

If Warne can get a RB in then we certainly have a side capable of chasing down the top two, it’s going to be a thrilling second half of the season.

I suspect a move - judging by his body language and the way he waved to the South Stand at the end if the match. I hope I’m wrong, because he had a massive impact on the match.

If Warne persists with Barkhuisen at LWB and our best attacking threat NML at RWB, then I will start to have concerns about his style of play.
That was a dreadful attacking performance and he should have changed to a back four once it became clear that we weren’t creating anything.
I feel sorry for those fans that made the trip, they should at least see us have a go.
Knight was a big loss and he needs to be looked after this season, certainly not playing in the tin pot trophies.

Have at it we got a win if only by the one goal.    Read some game report/s available on-line and maybe it wasn't El Classico or anything but two teams of once powerful stature fighting it out in some piss-ant league where neither wishes to be.     Derby County would have been maybe favorites over ourselves to finish in first place but you people need to improve if you got any chance of making it back by end of season.     Don't get me wrong i'd like to see Derby back in the Championship league but not if comes at our expense.      Think maybe the play-offs are a realistic target for you now, no disrespect but you seem to falling too far behind the leading pack.
A bumper crowd tonight, fans are coming back and Portman Road is selling out once more, as a long-suffering fan you can't dispute.
Burns took his chance well when on another night he or someone could have blown the opportunity but not sure how many further chances Jackson will be presented from a penalty decision.
All said a tough gritty encounter between two of the actual heavyweights of the division.    Maybe it wasn't the best advert for lower league soccer but a win's a win.     Hope the traveling fans Derby took down endured a safe trip back even if you didn't get the result you wanted.    I look forward to the return at Pride Park Stadium.

I’ve  got to say that young Max is very ineffective lacks pace and strength and needs taking out I’d go as far to say Tommo looked brighter than him when he came on some on here moan about Hourihane but if we played 3 in midfield smith hourihane and knight get my vote ...Bird does not score nowhere near enough for a midfielder and tonight was poor at least Hourihan will get some goals
also we look dreadfully short up top I could not understand taking Dobbin off who has pace to stretch the defence Didzy looked very laboured to me
surely it must be an idea to go 433 and get NML in the opposition  half more I bet anyone playing us are glad he spends so much time in his own half
sorry to say we look short in a lot of areas but praise to Cashin Smith Wildsmith  and Chester who I thought were good tonight but going forward e don’t look like scoring many ...concerning times and tonight was a reality check I’m afraid ?

Worst passing performance by a Derby team in years.
Generally played well without the ball and gave every effort but the lack of quality on the ball was frightening

Our quality or lack of in the final third was really damning. Got into a few promising positions first half and some in the second but then the final ball either through player skill or composure was absolutely non existent.
If the tactic is that were going to score goals by pressurising the opposition and forcing mistakes then Ipswich didn't read the script last night and other teams might not be so generous too.
The only really difference between the 2 teams is that we gifted Ipswich a goal and a penalty on silver platters whereas we huffed and puffed but they to their credit gave us nowt. We were never going to score from our own endeavours if we had played for another 90 minutes.
Some of the comments about Warne already on here I imagine from the Rosenoir sycophants are really quite pathetic if not tediously predictable.
Obviously the novelty of winning 2 away games which we never even looked like doing under Rosenoir isn't enough for them but hey ho fill your boots lads if it makes you happy.
