Not sleeping at all at the moment so have been watching a few films from the not too distant past to while away the early hours. Last night's final fare was Pan's Labyrinth. I'm sure most will have seen it, but if not, please do as it remains, for me at least, Guillermo del Toro's finest work. A wondrous, beautiful and occasionally visceral modern fairytale, that's as captivating now as it was at time of release. Highly recommended.

My mate asked me if we were going to win. It's possible I replied but in reality, doubtful. I thought we lacked a bit of fluidity but some (most?) of that is because we were up against class players. Bowen. Antonio. Soucek. Benrahma et al. Always disappointed with a loss but not much for this one. Promotion is the focus not burning out trying to beat the likes of West Ham or Man Utd. 

Calling us naive. We're having a go. We're trying to play football. West Ham so far from brilliant. Brilliant would put us 2,3 or 4 down. Crap, biased pundits.
