I made this and it has been appropriate almost every single day for the last 18 months.

Looking forward to seeing Mr Couhig next season and the time wasting poor man’s Robert Plant in the dug out. What a reception they deserve.

B4, please read this carefully as it’s been said a few times and you look very silly ignoring it!
it does not matter how much money we want to spend or how rich the owners might be, as part of the deal we will be limited by rules on how much we can spend on players and wages!
There are businesses only being paid 35p (over 3 years) for every £1 Derby owe them.
To put this into context, pretend I owe you £1000. Now imagine I’m only going to pay you £120 this year, £120 next year and £110 in two years, you won’t be getting the remaining £650 I owe you because I say that I can’t afford it. Now imagine that at the same time as paying you only £120, you find out I’ve spent £2000 on buying the same thing you sold me but from someone else. You’d be upset right??
well, to prevent this happening, EFL force clubs coming out of administration to sign up to a business plan limiting spending and budgets. If the club doesn’t stick to it, point deductions and embargos happen.
So please please stop saying Derby will spend decent money. We wont. It’s not allowed.

The marketing team responsible for putting all of the announcements together for social media are going to be busy for the next 8 weeks. Takeovers, new contracts, new signings. It's all going to be a bit of a whirlwind assuming everything goes to plan from here on.

Knight is probably one of only a couple of players we can get a good fee for, so I am basing my assumptions on him being off as well.

I don't trust the EFL to pick their 'approved firms' because they are the right firms for football league clubs. I truly believe that the EFL will pick the firms most willing to go along with the EFL in all things and that will simply result in these firms acting in the best interests of the EFL and not whichever club happens to be in administration at the time. One more way in which the EFL will inevitably attempt to skirt around any independent regulation that might be on the horizon.

I wouldn't be totally surprised if we don't hear anything at all until the whole thing is signed and sealed, and then we get a big announcement with everything in - out of admin, EFL membership confirmed, no more points deductions, season tickets on sale, Rooney has signed a new contract etc. I'm taking silence as a positive thing - "things are moving smoothly" doesn't make a good news story, whereas if the deal was about to explode it would.

A 17 year old Rotherham United fan writing opinion pieces on who Derby County should sign from Hull City, the internet was not created for this kind of content.

It’s a ridiculous proposal by EFL. Insolvency practitioners are appointed by The Court. They are independent professionals . Too independent for EFL who want to control what they do. Outrageous.
