It was a massive overaction, I'd suggest you look up the term for woke and have a think.
Anyone with 2 brain cells can see this was not the actions of someone being racist. Yet someone who probably spends the majority of thier time being offended on behalf of others; feels the need to have a pop.
So yes it was a clear case of wokery in my view and it seems the majority of posters, who have rightly come to B4s defence!
Now can we all move on?
Wow

It was a fair observation by big bad ram, surprised and disappointed so many felt the need to pass comment/criticise and it cracks me up when people throw ‘woke’ in.. let’s all tar everything with the same brush and ridicule and demean it shall we?
Shall we bring back Ron Atkinson, Richard Keys and Andy Gray - proper football people who said it like it is

I think part of the trust issue was the other players, particularly some of the older ones, didn't trust him to keep the ball. Watching games when we were playing out from the back players like Phil Jagielka seemed very reluctant to pass to Louie when he had his back to goal.
In the attacking half facing the goal he's very good, just needs to be stronger back to goal.
I think not not getting the ball when he felt he should and losing it when he shouldn't was often the source of his frustration which got him booked.
Played in the right system, where he gets the ball to feet facing the goal, he'll do very well.

I’m hoping that with the attacking players we have Liam will set us up to have a go at teams and Sibley will flourish rather than the sometimes unnecessarily cautious approach that Wazza favoured where Sibley seemed screwed over quite frankly
-
That’s how I’d interpreted it ?
-
He does a good job Does Foz and in a long season he could easily still make a good contribution over 20/25 games or so alongside another younger lb (obv not playing at the same time)
-
Personally Sibley has shown enough in games to have genuine match winning quality. It’s clear the previous manager didn’t feel he was ready for professional first team football.
Wayne knows better than me but I would love Sibley to get a good run of games and feel wanted, loved and played in position. A confidence player I would imagine and in this league he could make the difference when the other team parks the bus, particularly with other good footballers in the team such as McGoldrick and Hourihane alongside him.
This may not happen but me and my 9 year old would love it. Love it ah tell thee.
-
Having him in the side will help all of the new players gel
-
He has bags … of talent
-
I agree it really does seem .. a little too good to be true. Have always thought head a good, dangerous player to play against so would love to see him lining up in the new DCFC sports polo …
-
Not saying this happened because i posted earlier .. I mean just a coincidence right .. ?
so so happy. On the plane on the tarmac right now and this has made me so happy - can enjoy the wedding now!! Have already chatted to a sheff Utd fan who thinks Hourihane is a decent player and would be a great acquisition. He was also very supportive of what we’ve been through. Fair play youth.
have a great evening boys and girls!

this is soooo true mate. We really are. So proud.

I’d sell Sibley if we had to sell one (whatever you do, do not tell my 9 year old son I said that)
not because I don’t rate him simply because he doesn’t get in the team and a lot of the time not even on the bench. So we wouldn’t miss him.. except it would kill us all every time he did something brilliant in another kit ..
perhaps if we just sell joz for 2 mill that would be enough to keep the rest? Let Tom kazim and Sam go and Marshall and get some quality loans in forward positions
-
As all my family live in Derby I’ll always stay at there’s but if you ever consider an away game that might be worth a shout?!
hope you get the numbers you need and thanks for the thought! -
Can only echo what’s been said
so proud if I was an opposition fan I’d be a little bit jealous of our teamthere’s a purity of effort and enthusiasm that you can’t help but admire there is also some decent talent out there too
a midfield of Thomson bird and knight against West Brom?
Take a bow boys you earned your luck today
