At some point in time, bidders would need to drop out so we can get to a PB. Not sure I'm remotely worried about the Binnies dropping out.
I'm more worried of Ashley low balling the bid so much we end up on minus 15. I'll struggle to support any new owner who believes this is a better option than paying the minimum amount needed.

Yet more ill informed bilge
- We aren't jangling loose change as we turned down multi million pound bids for Lawrence.
- Only had to sell Plange - no mention of Jozwiak Shinnie Jagielka etc
- efl protocol dictates 9 points- nothing about rule change which has robbed 2 off us .
This bilge needs replying to really to set him straight. Had enough of this crap.

No one knows why things are taking so long in regards to PB everyones speculating. Its frustrating and a little update from q would be beneficial for mental health.

Maybe there’s no communication with the EFL due to the fact that any information given to them leaks out into the wider press and community almost immediately.
Better to say nothing to them until there is an agreement to go public and move forward.

This is deal to purchase a football club. There will be lots of particulars that need sorting out and there will no doubt be some caveats which require clarity. The administrators have to do the due diligence to make sure all the particulars are covered in the bids and that it is likely to meet the requirements of the creditors. There could be some leverage on Mel here as well, for example Mike Ashley may well be making a higher offer that would be better for creditors but a caveat could be Mel takes a haircut on the stadium. It is not a simple here’s what I’m paying make a decision in 30 minutes.
As @duncanjwithamsays we need this preferred bidder to be the right one, we can’t go through 4 like Wigan did. The way Quantuma has conducted the process by keeping it open for so long has been to (hopefully) ensure we select the right one that satisfies all stakeholders. We could’ve selected Kirchner in November and that falls on its arse, likewise Appleby in Jan and then be on our third and having the perception of two failed bids would further reduce leverage in the negotiations.
The only thing Quantuma are guilty of IMO is the communication at times and potentially being over optimistic at the outset. No issue with how they’ve run the process and who are we to really question it.

So you think the decision on davies when uche ran into him halfway through second half wasnt a foul? Or when their defender went through the back of plange?
Even if you dont feel the goal fouls were not fouls there was alot of decisions that we didnt get.

I don't agree with any of your views on the decisions, I honestly felt the ref got them all right. And I think there is a good chance you may agree if you were watching another team play.
I just don't get what refs would gain from giving decisions against us? Because they read negative news stories? I don't see what impact that would have. All of the decisions tonight were 50/50 in my view.

Just sent this to Rick Parry. I'm still yet to receive a reply to my previous email, just needed to vent my frustration. This isn't acceptable, you can't run football like this.

"In addition, EFL Clubs have agreed that a mandatory requirement for the amortisation of Player Registrations on a straight-line basis should be included."
Isn't the implication of this that straight-line amortisation wasn't a mandatory requirement previously?
