Well said can we put this bickering to bed and move on. The biggest lesson to learn is beggars cannot be choosers I fail to understand how people do not realise this simple fact.
I always wanted Mel to  keep the club under sound financial stewardship and not to waste loads of money trying to get the club into Premiership even if it meant more years in the championship but I got slated for this a few years ago and the main reason for this I did not want to end up selling the club to some dodgy character in the same manner when we ended up with the three amigos. 
When any football club is dying financially you cannot complain which vulture comes along to pick over the bones 
 

Frankly as long as he isn’t either a criminal, a complete admitted misogynist / homophobe / anti semite bigot and doesn’t publicly incite violence or repression of dissent then his personal politics don’t interest me. Add in that maybe he is a VOX reformer ? Do we know ? Should we know ? If we know, is it really for us to pass judgment ?
Thing is we don’t all think the same .. and why should we. ? And why if someone has a different view on tackling an issue are they somehow undesirable, unsuitable or not allowed to voice it ? It certainly shouldn’t reflect on his ability to broker a deal or run a football club.

It's not the "50m" to buy the club, but the "80m" to maybe buy the ground, the monthly burn of, what, "2m" on operating costs then of course there is the required investment on the playing side.  How deep is that pocket is my issue, and do the financial backers really understand the full implications?  Don't care where they come from.
They wouldn't be the first overseas investors "sold a pup" and they won't be the last to realise that the pup is for life, not just Christmas
 

From what I can find, his Dad is one of the richest men in Indonesia with a net wealth of 4.6 trillion* as of 2016!!!!

Kieran Maguire was just on Radio Derby and mentioned the name Raja Sapta Oktohari as being the money man behind this. Where KM got that information from I don't know as he normally knows the square root of sod all.

I was going to briefly answer your points, but I don't want to turn this into a political thread. I personally pay (probably too) little attention to politics in general to even be able to defend my previous post. The only thing I will say is that I personally would have less potential problem with a member of VOX than a member of a Middle Eastern ruling family member.

Although VOX are right wing I would hardly class them as Nazis. Yes, they are pro Spanish. They want to reduce (illegal) immigration, they want (equal) rights for Spanish nationals. I wouldn't vote for them, but many (and it was many) did vote for them in the last elections. There are more countries with right-wing governments, and don't think we'll be changing our kit to grey and the badge with a swastika.
