Think we need to show some patience as fans. We want Joz and the others to play as well as they possibly can, so I'm not sure criticising   him is going to help. 
From memory players who play in major tournaments over the summer tend not to have a great start to a season - maybe this is the problem for Joz. Hopefully Wayne and Liam can work on it
I accept that its a while ago but my understanding is that when he joined the club, he could speak no English and the only two people he could talk to initially were Bielik and his missus. Then the virus kicked in. So its not been easy for him

No you are ok Olly. In truth David should have stayed on as we didn’t lose on Saturday, but I understand he is struggling at the moment from inhaling too much tippex fumes.

I know we'll change the side a fair bit, but we're a club, squad, manager and fanbase who have all been starved of winning for too long.
We all know the League cup isn't going to be the big deal for us this season but I think a positive run in the first few rounds of the cup would be something to lighten the mood and might get is a payday against a big club (who think's we'll end up playing Man U or Everton in a totally random draw?)

I have no idea whatsoever about his abilities. He does seem to be vocal, even gobby at times. He has a combative demeanour which doesn’t endear him to me but when we talk about goal keepers needing own their area, call out to team mates along with differing management styles and needing “leaders” : surely we can’t critique without knowing what they both do behind the scenes. 

We won’t win. Thread starting protocol not being followed. I blame @Davidfor not getting this going. I am half a mind to sign up to Twitter so I can tell him anonymously what I really think of him, but I would surely find the 280 character limit somewhat restricting.

I hope we rest a load but give the replacement lads a chance to prove their worthy of a place in the 1st team, sibley has to start - he can then have the opportunity to prove he is too good to drop from the team.

Well it should do. Grealish has just gone for 100 million mainly for his ability to draw fouls or throw himself to the turf whichever way you want to look at it.

Spot on. I think he’s a little isolated socially. Remember how Jim Smith signed foreign players in pairs.
