A mixture of members of Derby County’s Under-23s and Under-18s, including a handful of trialists, faced Kidderminster Harriers in a behind-closed-doors friendly at Moor Farm on Tuesday evening. The Rams ran out 7-1 winners on a wet and windy Derbyshire evening.

Hope Cocu stays at Derby for a decade, taking us up and establishing us as a team full of vibrant youth and energy, challenging for the European places. But when he does go I can't help think Dazza will deserve a proper crack of the whip at the job, if he is ambitious to make the step up to first team management. He has worked wonders with the academy and if there's no prospect of career progression, and he wants that prospect, he may well be poached by one of the big boys to run their academy instead.

Literally just been sacked for gross misconduct. 
So let’s start again... how are his actions classed as gross misconduct but Lawrence’s aren’t? Please explain. I may be being ducking stupid here but this is proper head scratcher for me.
