    Drama Channel is amazing!
The ads are almost all for ATOL protected holidays and cruises with a few for medicines thrown in.
Just needs the Andrex puppy and Kevin the Koala for the full set!

Not necessarily directly related to CV but my wife, currently recovering from breast cancer, has had to go back on antidepressants. We’ll get through it, especially as she’s determined not to stay on them for too long. It’s not easy trying to stay up beat myself when my wife, daughter, son in law, and brother in law all suffer from depression (reckon I must have a curse or something). But, as I say, we’ll get through it.

As King Kev says though, make sure you make it clear you are the main driver otherwise you could have problems. I think to put a parent as the main driver when they’re not is known as fronting and is illegal.

Watched it all way through twice.
Try as I may to be inclusive and non-judgemental, anyone who I have recommended it to who says..
    A) I don't like the subtitles
    B) I couldn't get into it...
I can't really respect ever again.
Its definitely the coolest, and possibly the most engrossing series ever for me.

With the weather being so crappy for the foreseeable I thought I might drown myself sorrows in comfort food and god liquor this weekend and to the that end I'm going to revisit a show called Gomorrah. It's an Italian show about the fluctuating fortunes of Naples' foremost crime syndicate and it's utterly brilliant.

I'd be surprised if I never mentioned this in here or the other TV shows thread. Me and Eddie spoke of it often, probably with every new season.
    Absolutely riveting and gritty television.
Recommend to anyone who can read and watch at the same time, as it's subtitled.

Narcos and Narcos Mexico. A combined 5 series so ample binge material and both are excellent.

    Uncut Gems. 8.5/10.
Not something you'd watch over and over, but a good watch nevertheless. Adam Sandler played the role brilliantly considering he's normally known for his comedic roles. Very fast paced and basically 2 hours 15 minutes of anxiety. ?

There is some repetition of ideas but a lot more variety than you give it credit for, but not quite sure what you expect from a series entitled Black Mirror?
If you haven't watched the 10 series or so of Walking Dead then let me warn you that every episode is basically about escaping from Zombies.
Dr Who has a Doctor travelling through space every cuffing episode and... get this Lost...? they are lost on a desert Island in every one of its 100+ episodes.....

Watched Hidden Figures on Chanel 4 last night. Based on a true story, so no doubt quite a few changes for dramatical effect, about the space race and racial discrimination/segregation in 1960’s America. Very good film 8/10

I can forgive the cider drinking as youthful ignorance.. But you need to have a serious look at yourself!
Think the first couple of episodes and the last series were weaker, but many of the episodes in between were really amazing. Inside no 9 is interesting and quirky but not on the same planet for me.

Definitely not the sort of programme I'd watch with my mum but it deals with some really deep issues. Would recommend it provided you've got a broad mind.

Read this one on LinkedIn recently so, it's probably done the rounds:
It's exactly 11 years today since my friend came running out the room shouting "it's a boy. It's a boy"

Suffice to say we've not been back to Thailand since.
