I live about a mile from Wheatcroft Garden Centre.
Not sure if that's of any help or not.

Do they do a Nottingham Forest cess pit? Or is that the city Ground as sean Connery would say?

i dont think in administration you have many options. its a firesale. bit i agree with earlier comments. fabulously wealthy premier league side offers derisory offer to club in administration to ensure they make more money in the future. yeh well done. blinder.

I think the model for kirchner seems quite sensible.
(perfectly sensible) then use the income of the club to pay down the debts over three years. (via player sales, and maybe even an operating profit?

we have les than 5 legacy contracts, so the majority of the contracted players under the League one pay cap, coupled with hopefully decent attendances and a manager capable of getting a lot out of not very much.

the end of the season and those existing contracts will be a watershed moment for the clubs finances. Maybe thats why hes keen again once we were down. big club so decent ticket receipts, therefore minimal need to bankroll club running costs next year which allows a bit of wiggle room for new players.  (appreciating new players become an asset anyway)

in champ (in2-3 years) look at the club raising  financing to buy the stadium off the council at a favourable rate and then sell the club for 60 million

has anyone managed to get the app to work with chromecast during a live game? i see that it doesnt directly allow it due to FEFL rights issues. I see that it allows connection with a HDMI cable but not with chromecast or apple tv (this seems amazingly stupid to make this distinction)

but rather than have to take a laptop with me when i'm away or camping with the kids is there a way to link my phone to a chromecast (connected to a mini projector or tv) to watch it when I'm  away from home?

i see that there are a couple of screen mirroring apps for IOS but dont know if this would override the IOS/EFL limitations,

    thanks

Its a calculated play to put pressure on Quantuma for me. The Binnies offer is a gamble based on the cases disappearing. they can probably do this because they aren't planning on risking more capital upfront with the stadium purchase. They must be frustrated as they've put their cards on the table early (possibly hoping they were the only bidder by the deadline) I guess Quantuma are hoping to get more money from the other two bidders so are dragging it out to give the others as much confidence around the court cases as possible

one club here. to be honest if i met someone who revealed that they used to support a different team i would be deeply suspicious of that person.
looking down the barrel of the liquidation gun i did wonder about notts county. I could walk to home games and most importantly it would mean i could still hate forest. but like others for me its Derby or nothing if we folded i'd stop watching footy full stop. it would be too painful.
I do look out for sunderland results. a mate does a big podcast up there and the experience of being in league one for them has been interesting (and worrying to hear about)

if we get new owners we are likely to not have a single pot to piss in for a long time. this seems to me like it might be a good opportunity to have some fan ownership/investment along similar lines to crowdfunding.

so we make a donation and get a reward (shares? a season ticket, a discount on future season tickets, even discounts at the shop, ground etc) it would allow those with deep pockets to help out - in fact allow everyone to play a part, and get something back for themselves and imagine the positive PR for a club that hasn't been squeaky clean of late to be seen to be leading the revolution toward better fan ownership/representation

if we do end up settling with those two shower of poo clubs just remember that we have for the past ten years regularly gifted millions of pounds to undeserving championship rivals and got little or nothing in return. That was called our 'Transfer Policy"
