Please don’t remove your account mate.
Just have a break if you need it.

It's so hard but you're doing the right thing. You'll never replace them and it's understandable when people say "we won't have another one" but personally I would - the joy pets can bring, sometimes over many years, outweighs the heartache when you lose one.

Ours is on the way out. The thin balance between enjoying life and suffering has clearly been crossed.
The vet had said it would be quick and he wasn't wrong. Heart disease
She didn't have breakfast this morning, she's not walking.
Took her to see my folks for the last time this morning
Had her as a rescue dog eleven years ago so she's done well
Taking her to the vet on Wednesday

First time at the beach yesterday, wonderful.

Update: Vet called. He's made it through the night. Hoping to take his tracheotomy tube out later today.
Much like supporting our DCFC, it's the hope that hurts!

Maybe you should downgrade to hoops or alphabetti - then you can use a spoon, with no ensuing dribbles.

I know it's the Daily Mail, but Martin Samuel is football through and through, I thought his column on Sala today was bang on the money.

Wolfie20 reacted to DarkFruitsRam7 in New joke thread (trigger alert, may offend if you want it to)
Typical middle-aged, humourless Facebook fare.
I see young people who have been told that the only possible path is to go to university. Blame the people who are of the age that this type of page is aimed at for perpetuating this myth.
P.S. Apologies for posting something serious in the joke thread.

She’s my 3rd, the other two I had from a puppy, it’s definitely difficult and hard work rescuing, but I’ve given her her own space and waited for her to come to me rather than trying to force it. She’s 13 months old and this is her 3rd family, safe to say it will be her last too!

You'd think my parsnips would be the star of my Sunday dinners. Not today though.
