We cannot go on as we have been. It's a good question but I didn't vote in the poll as the only things that will satisfy me are a transition to acceptable new owners, the club on a decent financial footing and an end to the EFL pursuit of us. 
Football is so much about confidence and momentum. On the field it is possible for us to be fine because we do have some talented players if they step up, but we need for once to get off to a good start. The situation the club finds itself in is so dark, if we don't begin well I don't see us getting out of it.

Even as i am satisfied with survival, on and off the field, that's not how i want the players to think, they must be hungering to win more games than lose.  Guess i want more than survival.

I'd be relieved just to stay up.
To be satisfied  a) Bielik would have to come back and be a cornerstone of our team 
                            b) the take over would be sorted to everyone's satisfaction
                             c)   We would have to end the season at least 3 places higher than last season,
                             d) Wayne would have to show some progress as a manager,
For me, satisfaction depends on seeing even a small amount of improvement over last season otherwise we will be getting nowhere and that is not satisfying.

It’s interesting isn’t it ! Then I think back to Georgian and Victorian mill owners who for a while paid workers in tokens redeemable at the mill shop .. tricky road to go down

Raise the price enough so that even if the numbers drop the income increases. Football continues to price out the average fan.

I think the first, most obvious thing that will change will be an end to interest on savings. If you can't put it under the mattress, they will stop incentivising interest on your bank savings. 
Then will be a monthly charge for your account. The banks can charge you for holding your money. What could you do about it? 

The issue is that if all money is electronic, the Government or the banks can end your access to it or dictate how you're allowed to spend it. That's why cash has its uses and one reason why cryptocurrencies were invented.
No surprise this is happening at Pride Park as the year we've had has accelerated the change, but it makes me think about the notion mentioned elsewhere of specific cryptocurrencies for clubs and if this could be a way of investing in DCFC and the local area.

Of course it won't happen because the EFL is clearly not fit for purpose.

So Stephen Pearce has stood down andthe EFL have appointed guys from Forest and Middlesboro.

Not really. I don’t think many of us are going to decline to renew our season tickets simply because we weren’t allowed to attend this friendly for free. I doubt it’s would be a deciding factor for many/any.

It would but the club can’t really afford nice touches. They need to get in what ever money they can. 

Couple of points.....
1. Why film it for public consumption? Why not announce it privately behind closed doors then just release a bland club statement with a nice picture of a corner flag.
2. How did we survive previous pre-seasons without footage of new captains being introduced to the squad..
3. Ok, three points, Wayne Rooney will be a success or not as our manager, so let him make his decisions and get behind him and the team from the word go. If it goes against him then he'll be gone soon enough. If it works then the Rams are on the up again. 
Tom Lawrence is a talented if frustrating player, it'll be interesting to see if he can step up his game and mindset as captain.
