He confirmed back in 2019 that AC Milan made an offer for him before we moved in. He seems a really decent lad who’s had rotten luck with his injuries. Sliding doors and all that.

We screwed over the tax payer and local businesses and nearly became extinct. We have no room to complain.

Huge point, fantastic defensive performance. The turnaround in our away performances is significant.

Zero pace in that side. Strange but still hopeful!

He's been man of the match in there last 3 internationals.  Sadly, we didn't make best use of him in his natural position from the get go this season.  If we had, I'd expect we'd have a fair few more points and seen better from Hourihane.  As it is, with no advancement with contract talks noted since September, I expect he will move on in January.  Won't begrudge it as he was pretty much the only one true to his word after last seasons end of season exodus and hasn't moaned or used dodgy employment law to force a move or gone on holiday to Amsterdam via Udinese to get a move.

Not sure where the high energy high press has gone, we seem to be standing off and watching them at the moment.

Watching the Morecombe coverage and their commentator is adamant they are fully deserving of their lead???!!! Best 45 minutes of their season apparently.

Hi all. I want to get to some 50 over games this year and was wondering where the best place to sit for the best view/access to food and drink etc is at the County Ground?

I was initially shocked and disappointed but on reflection a total reset is what we need. So much emotional baggage and skeletons in the closet from the MM era. The players close to WR will probably not now re-sign and so be it.

New owner, new manager and new players is exactly what we need.

Fair play to Forest, they had their chance and they took it. We had ours and we blew it.

It’s too easy to get down about other results but we can’t expect everyone else to lose every week.

The fact is the average number of points for safety is 47 so this is what we should be aiming for whilst trying to ignore what is going on around us. 
 

That would mean 8 wins and a couple of draws from our remaining 14 games. It’s a big ask given our terrible away form and puts huge pressure on our home games but we’re still in it!
