Rhodes was a baller about 8 years ago but has fell off the boil. I'd of personally gone with (I've said 1000 times) Nombe or Ladapo but whatever.
Whatever happens happens. It's not my money, I'll support whatever option but I genuinely think we're lacking raw pace upfront with Rhodes, Collins and Washington. Too much of the same model for me, we need a plan A B and C, not CCC.

Very Impressed with Rooney/Bardell and Robinson. Rooney is built for that cleaning up roll in the midfield, and Robinson definitely has a bit of all round class. Bardell looks very solid for his age.
We lack creativity, which is to be expected without the obvious players in our team, but I'm happy with the younger players so far. 

Can we let Chris Martin retire in peace ffs. He's about 43, probably is as many stone now too, and definitely doesn't fit the Paul Warne high pressing style.  Martin was an absolute legend, could probably still do a job, but not in this team.

Honestly... that Bristol City shirt looks absolutely disgusting on him I can't lie. I haven't watched the "farewell" video either because losing players like Knight to Bristol on 4 year deals because its a more attractive option is just a horrendous state of affairs and where we are currently at as a club. 
The money we got was decent but Bristol City? Nigel F'in Pearson?

Sibley at LWB is a square peg round hole scenario that we should be trying to avoid. He can play there in an emergancy but he deserves to play in 1 of the 2 attacking positions behind the striker. He scores goals at both league 1 and champ level when played in the right position, and its clearly his favoured position too.

Using the money from Knights sale, has to be an out and out goal scorer. Don't care about age, don't care if he's got a beard, we just need guaranteed goals. Sam Nombe for me is the perfect balance of guaranteed goals at this level and potential to grow into really good option in the championship striker too.
Defence is spot on (if we get Wilson in too)
We NEED to let Sibley play in the pockets of attack. No good sticking him at LWB when his actual qualities are creating and getting goals, something we are short of.
After being happy with the signings so far, I'm looking forward to see how this pans out 👀👀
 

I only read what some commented on here but that is definitely the sort of player we should be signing in terms of balance. We don't need another plodder if we have Collins, we need raw pace and an eye for goal. My first choice was Alfie May but Nombe would be a better fit for the long run.

A replacement for Knight in the form of a midfield General
And an attacking direct winger. 
 
Those 3 acquisitions will be enough, but finding the right ones will be tough. Sam Nombe for me though would be ideal.

Imagine seeing 250k for a proven goal scorer in the league as a gamble, considering a couple years ago we spent around 25+mil 1 season. 
The fall from Grace is scary.
